New apartment with the amazing view over the sea and right next to the beach. House is located outside of town in a quiet neighborhood, between pines and plants. It is a great spot if you're looking to relax, enjoy beach, sun and fresh air. Feel free to use traditional stone grill to cook fish which you can get from local fishermen. Enjoy your meal on the balcony with natural pine shade. You can experience occasional famous wind Bura that makes our sea clean and has proven respiratory benefits.

Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.
