In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, enjoy a large renovated house for 12 adults (14 people with children). Located in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims, it offers a large garden with trees and views of the vineyards and forest, a south-facing terrace and all the comforts for getting together with family or friends. Reims is 15 minutes away, and Épernay is 25 minutes away. Upon your arrival, a bottle of our Champagne will be waiting for you, kept nice and cool. Beds made, linens provided.

Located a stone's throw from Place d'Erlon, you will be close to all amenities. A small selection of local drinks awaits you in the cool! Please note: no parties, no evening gatherings, camera at the entrance of the condominium that checks the number of guests entering.

Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

La Longère

Small charming farmhouse, in the heart of the Reims mountain, among the Champagne vineyards. This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

This unique place has a style all its own. It is located in the heart of a charming village in the Champagne region (“Montagne de Reims”) that is surrounded by vineyards. It is between Reims - the city that is famous for its cathedral - and Épernay - the capital of the Champagne region. In the village you have a bakery, a post office, an exquisite restaurant and many Champagne houses that are open for visits and tastings.

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, in the Parc naturel de la Montagne de Reims, about 13 km from Reims. The Les Chapitres gîte, labelled 3 épis Gîtes de France, has independent access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. Parking space is available near the cottage. Electric bike rental available on request to discover the region.
