Im good for couples, solo adventurers, families and furry friends (pets). 10 mins north of Alnwick - so visit the castle where Harry Potter was filmed. Walking, castles, beaches are amazing here. The coastline is beautiful or go and grab some crab in Craster.

Direct access to the coastal path and overlooking Seahouses Harbour and the Farne Islands, with Bamburgh Castle and even Holy Island visible in the distance. A perfect place from which to explore this dramatic and stunning coast. I'm afraid we are unable to accept pets. Dedicated parking is available for 1 car.

The Northumberland Way is on our doorstep and beaches and castles galore are only a few minutes drive away. EllinghamCottages welcomes you to The Signalbox, our gorgeous little studio. It's in the village of Ellingham, has a log burner, south facing balcony and a private enclosed garden. It's fully equipped for self-catering and is within a minute's walk of a great pub if you don't fancy cooking. Its name is our little touch of whimsy because we immediately thought of a signal box when we first saw it with its exterior wooden panelling.

The Annex is a 260yr old listed building originally a tiny hay barn, recently renovated to a high standard that provides our guests with a comfortable stay with light breakfast included and is perfect for that well deserved break. Please note this is adults only. Because of size of Annex. WE CANT ACCEPT LARGE DOGS. unfortunately there isn’t enough room. We do allow cats as long as fully litter trained.
