Beachfront holiday rental in Lucija

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

Very nice, large apartment with great views of Piran from the roof terrace. Roman and Kathi respond immediately to messages if something is unclear.

This place was truly amazing! We were looking for a getaway place and got far more than we looked for. The location was absolutely prime and the home was very welcoming and comfortable! The host was more than helpful, even helping us in person when needed. 100% five stars!! And would def book again!

Patricia was a very nice host, she allowed us to check in an hour early, she made sure we didn't miss anything, we understood despite the language barrier. The place was nice, clean, well-equipped with everything you needed for your stay. We were two adults and one year old on vacation. We got in fine. The town of Vrsar nice, but for swimming with a small child it was better to drive more down to Istria towards Fazane and Pula, where there were more baby friendly beaches. I definitely recommend a place to stay 👍

Michele is a very friendly host. He met us in person, and gave very precise instructions and local recommendations. The flat is situated very close to the beach (ca. 5 minutes of walking) and very close to a supermarket (ca. 3 minutes). There are also several cafes and restaurants in the close neighborhood. One can conveniently reach the central bus station and the historic center of Grado by foot (ca. 20 minutes) or by a local bus (ca. 5 minutes). The flat matches the description. The beds are of high quality, the blinds provide complete blackout, and the place is very quiet. There is a well equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge, a microwave oven, a gas stove, and everything needed for cooking. We enjoyed the stay at Michele's place, and we can warmly recommend it :)

We stayed at Milena's house for a week and felt comfortable there. The apartment was actually bigger than we expected. Despite the heat, it was well bearable in the house even without the available air conditioning. Milena had previously written to us about how the key handover works, and everything worked out just fine. Milena's son greeted us very nicely. The house was handed over to us clean. With the kitchen inventory, you could renew a few small things. You have everything you need. Oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave…. Great value for money! The beach is 5 minutes away at most. There are snacks and snack bars there. In one of the bars there was often live music in the evening. For food we recommend the Punta Kriz, a piece behind the campsite (if you come down the beach turn right), there you sit fantastically (reserve for the evening) Excursions: Hum (smallest city in the world, Medulin Airport sightseeing flight, Buzet Aura Distillery, San Mauro in Momjan (best Biska (mistelletose liqueur)👍🏻 food

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

It was a really nice stay at Klaudias place. She was helpful with recommendations in the area like restaurants or nice beaches. Would definitely recommend her.

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

Five of us had a great weekend in Portorose. Sea house in marina Portorose was a perfect base for our adventures. My wife and I attended a bike race which started in camp Lucia, about 100 metera away. Center of Portorose, riva, public beach … everything is neaby in a walking distance. Jacuzzi was fantastic for recovery after the race. Thanks for everything, we wil gladly come again …

Very nice house, so much space for several guests wonderful. Amenities are more than sufficient for a vacation rental. A short walk to the sea. You can walk into town a little longer, but a small supermarket is right around the corner. Check-in was personal and everything was shown. I would be happy to come back.

This was a rather unique place to stay with proximity to some great restaurants and beautiful sunsets. Laurent and Urška were great hosts who responded quickly to any requests/questions and provided some very helpful recommendations. The house boat was super clean and had everything we needed. All of the check in/out procedures were clear and the instructional video made it even easier. This was a great place for a family of four on a road trip in Slovenia. Totally enjoyed chilling out on the roof under the stars!

Very cozy and nice apartment. We loved the interior and it was super clean. Nice view on the fisher boats. A little and nice beach is nearby, everything else is only reachable by car.

We did have a perfect time in a great place, recommend and I’ll definitely come back again.

Nice apartment with sunny balcony for breakfast. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather more often - the well-functioning heating was very pleasant. Well located - close to the beach, spa, spar and weekly market (Saturday)... Short walk across the beach promenade into the old town. Marco is a very nice host who always responded quickly and kindly. Thanks, we felt very comfortable :))

The apartment is in a beautiful location, quiet and at the same time central, so you can easily reach everything. It is tastefully decorated, clean and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. A special highlight is the private beach with its own loungers and even a canoe that is at the guests' disposal – something like this is rarely found in Italy! We would also like to emphasize the host – he was always friendly, courteous and always helpful, no matter what concern we addressed to him. You're just completely comfortable here. We highly recommend this place and the host and will be happy to come back!

Thank you for a great stay. We enjoyed the days and the proximity to the sea very much. The beach house is super located and well-equipped. Only one coffee maker was missing. The kitchen was well equipped and the house could be climbed well, which was very pleasant. We were extremely positively surprised by the outdoor shower, which we liked to use. The location was perfect, walking to Piran(15 minutes on foot)right next to the sea was very nice every evening. All in all: clean, nice apartment in good location. Nice contact. we felt at home at Nevenka, the place has everything a person needs. She also surprised us with baked traditional Slovenian Easter cake :) the place is the perfect starting point for trips around the neighborhood, or you can stay only in Koperi.

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment that exceeded our expectations. The place was impeccable: very clean and tidy, with attention to detail. Nothing was really missing — from the coffee machine to the toaster, from the dishwasher to the other small appliances that make everything more comfortable and functional. But the real highlight was the view: looking at the marina every morning was simply wonderful, a relaxing and evocative spectacle that made our stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Annalisa and Sandro for their hospitality, availability and kindness. We really felt at home and hope to be back soon!
