Baita del Toma is a small romantic retreat in the tranquillity of the Dolomites, designed for couples who want to get away from it all and enjoy an incredible experience! The Corte del Drago is an eighteenth-century cottage restored to its former glory thanks to the use of ancient materials and techniques. Breathe in the history and harmony of nature, where the strength of stone, the warmth of wood, and the elegance of metal will accompany you on an unforgettable experience. The property was renovated at the end of 2024 and is divided into 3 accommodation facilities owned by us. Each apartment is independent and equipped with a parking space.

The living area and the kitchen make up a beautiful open space. In the sleeping area we have a double bedroom with closet and dresser, private bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, the third bedroom used as a studio has a double sofa bed and a wall-mounted closet. In this area we also find a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The apartment is completed by two parking spaces, one outside and one closed. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

The house of Borgo Cìari is located on a hill in the municipality of Sarmede. We are right in the land of fairy tales. Yes, you read that right, the international illustration exhibition for children was born here. Our house is near the Cansiglio Forest where you can enjoy unique landscapes and unique flora and fauna in Italy. Not far from us is Sacile, city of the Serenissima and Vittorio Veneto with its magical Serravalle. With just 40 minutes by train you can reach Venice.

Large single house surrounded by nature with breathtaking panoramic views of the city of Belluno. It is perfect for those looking for a relaxing vacation or for those who love walks and hikes. The large garden is partially shared with the guests of Casa dei Moch (the adjacent red house), but without preventing both from enjoying a private space. The heated hot tub (usable all year round) and barbecue area are shared amenities with guests of Casa dei Moch.

Ideal for being immersed in nature, relaxing, walking, cycling and hiking in the Cansiglio. Baita Villa Fedai

An authentic refuge, immersed in the silence and timeless beauty of the Dolomites. It stands in an isolated position, surrounded by woods, clearings and a spectacular view of the Pale di San Martino. This 1887 cabin has been recently renovated while preserving the authentic charm of the traditional homes of the Primiero: natural materials, lime, wood and original stone are intertwined with modern comforts to ensure a comfortable and enveloping stay.
