Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

Located in the south of Sarthe, this comfortable and serene cottage is only 5 minutes' drive from Noyant-village, where you will find the first shops. Perfect for families or groups of friends, its location allows you to discover the region without difficulty. Many activities are accessible within 30 minutes, such as the cyclo-rail, the Jules-Desbois Museum or the castles (Plessis Lyonnais, Bouchet...)
