We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Roztocze, Podlesina; Uroczysko on the bicycle trail

If you like the forest, silence, nature and cycling/jogging, this is the place for you. Podlesina is a village in the forest, on the route of the Central Cycling Trail of Roztocze. Children forget about screens, absorbed in watching frogs at the spring and rolling down the sandy hill straight to the playground. It is a great starting point for exploring Roztocze: Szumy nad Tanwią, Zwierzyniec, kayaking, Szczebrzeszyn, Zamość in close proximity. Lviv is only 90 km away. Welcome to Piecowy Zakątek! The tiled stove is the central point of the apartment, this is where its "heart" beats. This contemporary work by the Bieszczady artist-sculptor Robert Górka combines the advantages of a tiled stove, i.e. radiating heat, and a fireplace - the opportunity to admire the fire. Proportional, elegant, set on a marble base, perfectly matching cast-iron doors, it was created based on vintage tiles, and inside there is a firebox built using Zduń methods.

Amidst the picturesque Roztocze fields, fragrant forests, away from the urban hustle and bustle, we decided to build our cottage, which we called "Sosnowy Taras". Located near the small town of Susiec, it is an ideal place where you can breathe fresh air and relax while communing with nature.
