Holiday rentals with beach access in Valdés

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

Good communication with Luisa and the house was well communicated, clean and well conditioned. Everything is perfect, if I come back by Avilés I will repeat for sure.

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! Beautiful apartment well located quiet area. very very close to beautiful beaches. The house doesn't lack anything. There was even coffee, oil and cleaning supplies ... absolutely everything you need. José Luis was very kind and recommended places and taught us everything in detail. The spa is a plus we loved. Game room, tennis court up with rackets and balls in the apartment. To repeat. Thank you for all.

This is a lovely modern apartment with spectacular views from every window. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The apartment is very central with easy walking to many attractions including the beautiful beach. The hosts met us at the car park and helped us to the apartment with our luggage. They were very kind and helpful. A great stay!

A perfect apartment. We had rented the “large” apartment upstairs for 5 days, but on second thought we wanted to stay on the ground floor. After contacting Lucia, we were able to exchange very quickly. Very nice. The bed is fine, the bathroom is great. And the kitchen is well equipped. It is very quiet, yet close to many hiking opportunities and As Catedrais and the beach. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back on a next visit to Spain.

Wow - simply incredible. The pictures are accurate but still don’t relay the incredible position of the house. We stayed a week at the house and had both sunny and rainy weather. The house is perfect for both. What is only clear in hindsight is that the property is enormous and on its own cape. And it effectively has its own spectacular beach. It’s like having a lake house, ocean house and mountain house all in one. The house itself is in great condition and some of the built in closets, etc, are somewhat retro. After staying in 200+ Airbnbs, it’s great to stay somewhere with character and not just another IKEA furnished flat. Communication was perfect and everything we needed was readily available. The price was more than fair - this is a top 1% home.

Beautiful apartment in a great location for visiting the city of Gijon on foot. Beautiful view of the bay with a superb sunset on the first evening. Paid parking nearby, very popular and included in the rental. Host available for any information.

This place is magical, as if from another time, a place of absolute tranquility and the perfect place to find peace and simply enjoy the fantastic surroundings. Upon my arrival, I was surprised by my hosts with a cider tasting, according to the tradition of Asturias, the rest of the bottle I drank in the evening in this absolute silence, indescribably beautiful. Fresh flowers on the table, how loving and attentive. The house has a very special energy. Thank you for the time with you, I will definitely come back.

We were very comfortable at the house. It is a perfect house to disconnect and to see the surrounding villages because they are very beautiful. The house has all kinds of details for both us and the dogs. The garden is a wonderful place to have breakfast and for the dogs to play, ours had a great time. It's one of the cleanest houses we've ever found. Definitely and highly recommended We'll be back for sure.

Ana is a great host, friendly and welcoming. you feel at home right away, it's a quiet place very comfortable beds and lovely shower, kitchen has all what you need. There is a nice coastal walk to many beaches. This is one best value for money places I've stayed in, plenty of private parking.

Loved our stay in the stone house! Felt like a step back in time and we even cooked in the stone bread oven. Anais was very helpful and super friendly. We loved being near the farm and woke to sounds of the milking machine. Walkable to beautiful beaches and a cute coffee shop. Highly recommend this private stay near the beach!!

This was by far my favorite place to stay in the whole trip. It was so peaceful and just what I needed to unwind and rest. If im in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, central, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a swimming pool, although you can park in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From the first minute we felt at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, having availability they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope to see you again soon.
