Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gozón

We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals across the world, and this was by far the most magical place we’ve ever spent a few days! Magical mountainside cottage with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Carmela provided incredible recommendations specific to our family’s varied needs and goals, including an incredible trail run. The home was so comfortable and lovely, thoughtfully and artfully appointed. Couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Un montón de gracias, Carmela!

If you’re thinking of booking Ethel’s beautiful home- do not hesitate & book immediately! I have traveled many places & this was by far my best stay- I have never experienced a place quite like this When we arrived, Ethel greeted us with so much love & warmth. She made us feel right at home immediately. She then welcomed us into her beautiful home & showed us around her garden/ yard. The garden is stunning, flowers everywhere & overlooking a gorgeous river with mountain views. I mean you genuinely couldn’t imagine a more gorgeous scenery The home is just as beautiful & immaculate modern appliances, the MOST comfortable bed & everything you could wish for Her home is in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by wildlife. There is no street noise whatsoever. It’s walkable to the main city area with lively restaurants & it’s a close drive to Picos De Europa But the star of the show is Ethel- she is the absolute best. So warm, welcoming, filled with love& makes you feel right at home

This is a lovely appartment with amazing views from the living room and really nice furniture and decoration making it a great place to stay and relax. The pictures can't quite capture it all. It's set in the tiny village of Proacina and the town cats and friendly old dog come and great you on arrival - a real plus for our kids. There's all sorts of walks around and Tino provided lots of useful information. Take some food and supplies with you and you won't want to leave.

The accommodation is just as it is in the photos, on the ground floor of your house. We were going with a baby and they left us cribs and little things for their hygiene. They also offered to recommend things to us at all times, they were super attentive to us and even made us incredibly good homemade food. We felt right at home. It is a super quiet residential area and close to Gijón, Candás and the beach. It is an ideal place if you want to stay in the area and also if you want to move to know the area. They have ample parking.

Great place and suitable for going with family, couples and friends. The house is in perfect condition and very well prepared, very detailed and attentive owner. There are areas for picnics and pleasant walks in the surroundings, plenty of parking nearby, well connected to the center. Highly recommended

We can't rate this house or its host highly enough, it's absolutely stunning. Roberto is well worthy of his superhost status, he and Elana responded to our difficulties and quickly resolved the issues. The views of the surrounding countryside really are breathtaking and the culture of the local people is infectious, from drinking Asturian cider, to enjoying the local dishes, it's all done in a welcoming manner. Roberto and Elana, thank you, we will return.

Everything was great! Ana Rosa and her husband are great! All facilities and details. The house is a fairy tale in the middle of nature, it looks like it's out of a decoration magazine! The stay was magnificent, we will return without hesitation, thank you very much! 😃😊

We had a very nice stay! The owners have furnished the space with care, a beautiful combination of old and new furniture. There were toys ready for our son, very thoughtful. We enjoyed the nice garden, the quiet environment and the low-threshold contact. The delicious 'surprise' on arrival made the stay complete. We'd love to come back!

The impeccable accommodation and the host, very friendly, you can't ask for more, all the facilities for a place with an unbeatable location. the elevator would have been the icing but that is not in the hands of the host, otherwise the location is worth it and as I say the attention compensates. highly recommended.

Beautiful, spacious and very clean apartment, located in the city centre and close proximity to parks, old town and restaurants. Perfect for a group of friends or families for a short or long stay. We felt right at home there. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

We absolutely loved Elena’s apartment. If we could give it more than five stars we would! The apartment was clean, fresh, and beautiful. It contained everything that we needed. The location is on a pedestrian street with shops, cafes, and amazing restaurants nearby. Elena was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to stay there again when we return to Aviles.

To summarize as soon as you enter the apartment, I advise you to look in detail at the objects placed in every nook and cranny with a lot of finesse . The apartment is very nice and a phenomenal view. We also enjoyed the pool very much, although it was still a little cool. The apartment is well furnished and we felt very comfortable. Juanjo also lives on the property, speaks good English, is very nice and helps quickly! We felt very comfortable and would also like to come back one day.

Fabulous spacious apartment . Great views and very central for sightseeing and just wandering around Oviedo which is a friendly and vibrant city. Beautiful shady park. Easy access to the coast using local buses. All in all would recommend Javiers apartment if you want a comfortable, clean and well equipped place to stay.

This is a lovely modern apartment with spectacular views from every window. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The apartment is very central with easy walking to many attractions including the beautiful beach. The hosts met us at the car park and helped us to the apartment with our luggage. They were very kind and helpful. A great stay!

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. Angel's apartment met all our expectations. It was easily accessible (10 minutes walk from Oviedo station), comfortable, clean, and well equipped. We recommend it!

A little slice of heaven in the heart of Oviedo! If you want to be in the center of the action, this is the place. The apartment has everything you need to make a visit great. Host assistance was always responsive. The bar/restaurant scene is expansive and accessible. Historical landmarks abound, all within a short walk. Highy recommended.

We spent a few days in the Ammonites house and it was fantastic. The stay was very pleasant, all the comforts and cleanliness of 10! It doesn't lack detail or amenities. It's even better than the pictures. We'll be back for sure!!
