The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Di ka rin mahihirapan maghanap ng food kasi may grocery and convenience store paglabas ng lobby. I would recommend this place lalo na if need nyo ng place na maoagstay-an if may event sa big dome and new frontier theater.

Highly recommend Manuel's place. Easy to find and very spacious. Our relatives slept well. The owner is right behind the unit so when internet and gas ran out, they are just a message away to address the concerns. Will surely stay again =)

Second time to book Ms. MGrace’s place cause we loved her unit so much! Very homey space and it’s clean. She’s also very accommodating. Definitely booking her place everytime we visit QC area.

Stay at Juan Carlos' place is great! It's wide and spacious, love that there's necessities available to use if needed and a plus for the slippers! Had no problem at all with checking in, location is great as well and transportation as it is accessible. As per the host himself is very nice too, he's hands-on and will proactively be responding to concern if any arises. Thanks a bunch, Juan Carlos!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in QC. The place was very affordable, but it didn’t compromise on cleanliness or comfort. The bed was cozy, and the space felt well-maintained and welcoming. It had everything I needed for a short, hassle-free stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet relaxing option in the area.

Communication with our host was remarkable. Not only very clear with instructions, but they were highly responsive and flexible. Their place had many to offer, with air-conditioning in every part of the house, and all things to get started. There was an amazing courtyard on the ground level that had such a lively community with so many different activities happening. The place was designed so well that wind/air was trapped and kept the courtyard quite cool and breezy. Love the place, the host's hospitality and the community

The host is very responsive and accommodating. The place is clean and aesthetic, just like in the pictures. Plus points for providing not just basic toiletries but also drinking water, coffee, and chocolate drinks.

Maricrist and April had a great place and were very helpful hosts. Their place was stocked with everything we might need like oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. All the instructions and care labels around the room were very helpful for our use.

I had an amazing stay at Ms. Bernadette's place! The host went above and beyond to feel us welcome! The place is clean and spaceous. Complete with kitchen wares and utensils if u want to cook and dine inside. It feels like home and above all the host is friendly and responsive.

Cielo was an amazing host, prior to our check-in she was very responsive and accommodating even when we had to do a last minute adjustment to the booking. She's very informative and friendly. The place was very peaceful and private. Was a good location to have a workcation with my partner. Solid internet connection and a smart TV for us to have a good vibe while working remote. Excellent provided amenities and the place is well cleaned and maintained. The location is right in the middle of Katipunan so we had everything we needed, whether its a grocery run downstairs or a delivery from one of the trendy restaurants or fast food in the area. 10/10 would love to comeback here for another workcation during a long holiday weekend again!
