Unique place has a style all its own. It is private, one year old now and hand worked by owner. NO PETS. Small 350+ sq feet. Open floorplan, no separate bedroom. Large front porch with wooden rockers. Kitchen is very small, with most everything except for oven. Has two small ponds with fish in them loaner poles and tackle in closet no license required. It's in the woods there is wildlife, stream and old growth trees to view. Park style charcoal grill in the yard. Hammock, picnic area at ponds.

We really enjoyed this home and felt like we were on retreat. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the comfortable furnishings in the living area and so appreciated the safety amenities in the walk in shower. There was a good mat and great grab bars. I am a senior citizen and felt so safe. I hope we can come back.

Dayna’s place was perfect for a night’s stay during my trip. She gave great instructions both for getting there and for navigating around the shed and property. The shed was so cozy and quaint and the surrounding meadows were magical and full of wildflowers. As described, the toilet was an adventure, but worth it for the amazing experience! Her friendly pups were an added bonus.

Our stay exceeded expectations. The beds were comfortable and everything was well maintained. We were 5 minutes from down town and about 20 min from some vineyards. Lee provided great instructions and check-in/check-out times were extremely generous. If I am in Mt Airy again, this is where I’ll stay.
