Keyless entry and your own yard with fire pit, amazing night skys, close to San Tan Mountains Regional Park, Queen Creek Equestrian Center, Country Thunder, etc. Enclosed bathroom with shower; kitchenette includes sink and fridge (but no stove), ample parking for RV, etc. Mini-split provides ac and heat and there's a secondary ac unit, too. Cozy spot for a few days' stay.

Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. Have your best night ever sleeping on our Comfortable Queen Memory foam mattress. All linens and towels are sanitized, bed linens are line dryed, pillowcases lightly starched and ironed. We take pride in the cleanliness of this room and bath. We use a 5 step cleaning process including sanitizing all hard surfaces after each guest. You won't go hungry, we provide a bit of breakfast and snacks. Yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave popcorn and plenty of bottled water.

I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.
