You will be staying at this half-basement studio privately with a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen, and living area. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are 20 mins from JFK and 15 mins from LGA. Street parking is free and very easy to find. The host will stay in the same house but will not interrupt your stay. Charming huge guest suite in Williamsburg

Live like a Brooklyn local in this truly special 1910 townhouse. You'll enjoy a suite which is part of where I live. Within walking distance are a variety of great restaurants, coffee houses, 3 supermarkets and other shopping spots. A fast 15 minute ride into Manhattan on the L train. No parties allowed in the space. This is a smoke free environment. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the space. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Kingsize bedroom in Harlem brownstone

Second floor large bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. House is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. King size bed and the room has a large closet to hang things in. Because of NYC regulations, we are only able to host one person in the room at a time, and that is why when booking the maximum number of persons who can reserve is one and we are not able to accommodate more than one person at a time.
