Apartment holiday rentals in Lowell Point

The apartment is right in town and walkable to a bunch of things. It could be a little noisy at night but It wasn't an issue for me and you could use ear plugs if it was. The place was just like the pictures described. The communication was good. I would defiantly stay here again if back in Seward.

My wife & I enjoyed our overnight stay at Brown & Hawkins #8. Very cool history. The location can't be beat. Had a great view of Mt Marathon out the bedroom window. Place was very clean. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Samantha's apartment. It was quiet, very clean, and close to the events we wanted to attend. It's a good value for Seward on the Fourth of July!

Had an absolute great day at this place I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Seward! Such a cute and quaint bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom area. Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the host was always very responsive. Thank you so much Ristine! looking forward to coming back again soon in the summer :)

Great spot in downtown Seward if you want to be close to all of the restaurants and shops!

It was a cute little place to stay and just big enough for the two of us. The only thing negative was there was one tiny frying pan and one out for cooking. Makes cooking very difficult. The plates were very small as well. Same with the towels, they could use an upgrade in size. Most adults are not toddler size. Other than those things the place was very cute and clean!! Very peaceful and no issues with noise from the room next door. I’ve seen comments previously with that issue. Would stay here again!

Check in process was mostly seamless. When our code didn’t work, the host answered a phone call promptly to sort it out. The place was clean and comfortable.

THE BEST PLACE you can find in town. 5-star service. 5-star home furnishings. Everything is just perfect. If you are visiting, you should stay at here!!!!!

Great location and a super clean apartment! The beds were incredibly comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Crystal is a fantastic and responsive host! We had a small group of family spread between this apartment and another on the same property, also Crystals. It worked out so well that they both happened to have availability! Everyone was comfortable, happy, and didn’t find anything lacking whatsoever. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home just minutes from Seward. The location is peaceful yet super convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions. One of the unique highlights was the weir just down the road, where we got to watch fish make their way upstream—such a cool and authentic Alaskan experience! The house itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our Superhost went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. If you’re visiting Seward, definitely take a cruise—it’s an incredible way to see glaciers, whales, sea lions, and the stunning coastline. This home is the perfect base for it all. Highly recommended!

Great place.

Great place to stay for 4 people! The property was easy to find, with convenient self-check-in. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The place was very clean, with a kitchen area stocked with utensils and a large fridge. There’s paid laundry conveniently located right across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Two things are very important to me in a b and b. The bed was firm but comfortable and the chairs were comfortable with very good back support. Often these places just have kitchen chairs, but these were living room chairs. Very nice. When I needed something the host took care of those things. Overall I am happy with the lodging.

Private and quiet unit with easy walking access to lots of things. We enjoyed our stay!

Elyssa is friendly and very responsive. We stayed in the bottom dwelling. There was a welcoming Arctic room with coffee, books, and snacks available. The hosts were outside as we parked and greeted us upon arriving. Our space was clean and clutter free. It was comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped. The washer and dryer was a much needed bonus. We also appreciated laundry detergent was provided. The location is close to Exit Glacier making it a great home base for hikers. It is an ideal space for those wanting to enjoy Seward without having to be in the middle of town.

Had a great stay, had all we hoped for, Samantha was great with communication. We had an excellent time in Seward. It is on expensive side but it is consistent with other listings in Seward.

This place was perfect for our fishing trip! Convenient location with parking close to the docks and near several restaurants. Our host was responsive and communicated with us as needed. We were pleased with our stay and the views from our windows!

We were 5 min drive away from town and our booked tours. The home was clean and spacious. Because of the rain we spent more time there than originally anticipated and had no issues. You’re the downstairs of a duplex and can hear the folks upstairs walk around a little but it never bothered us. Would stay here again!

Lyrissa's place was a nice combo of being close to town but feeling private. It was a beautiful place that was very well decorated and maintained with some fun, unique pieces. There were blinds and curtains on all the bedroom windows and fans. Google maps did give us some trouble in getting up the right driveway but someone came out and directed us before we even had a chance to get out of the car. We did also have problems with the bathroom door latching shut but she was both responsive through the app and it was taken care of by just talking to someone on property. This is definitely a basement apartment so there's not a whole lot of natural light and the kitchen is tiny. They did give us lots of snacks and fresh fruit which was amazing! All in all, this is a great place and the hosts are amazing. It is probably better for a family with kids but it definitely worked for our stay.

Great place that exceeded expectations. Summit View was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Location was super convenient to everything in Seward but also peaceful with a great view of the bay and mountains right outside. Debra was very responsive and accommodating. Perfect place to stay for visiting Seward.
