Paws & Relax Guest Suite is located a block and a half up from beautiful historic downtown LeClaire, next to the scenic Mississippi River. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, a distillery & brewery- all within walking distance! There is an outdoor patio with seating & table along with a porch for rainy days. Close enough to walk downtown, but just far enough to enjoy some peaceful rest. The perfect home away from home!

Guest review summary: clean, comfortable and cozy! Our place is well equipped for your stay in town. Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

This modern cabin is situated next to the 2200 acre Princeton Wildlife Management Area, and the nearby Mississippi River. This cabin could be your base of operations while you're in the area. The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Space is the upstairs of a duplex. Self check-in. Safe and friendly neighborhood. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Note: Access requires steep stairs, so it may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Friendly owners live downstairs and are happy to assist.
