The property is new, a 2024 newcomer. The location of the plot is 20-30 km from the village centers on the shore of Lake Äkäsjärvi in the middle of the Ylläs, Pallas, Olos and Levi fells. This unique place has a modern style all its own. The color scheme is calm, the textiles are made of natural materials and all the items are new. Despite its small size, the 30m2 cottage has everything you need: Wi-Fi, fireplace, electric sauna, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette; hair dryer, ironing equipment; hiking boots and snowshoes for two.

Kelohonk Cottage Kuksa

Kelom Cottage Kuksa, a nature-loving cabin on the shore of the Tapo River. Running water, indoor toilet, electric heating, wood stove, and wifi at your disposal. A short drive from Ylläs ski slopes and other services. Fishing spots, berry picking terrain, and ski trails are all nearby. In the summer, you can take a dip in the river in the backyard, there are duck trees to the shore from the cottage. 200m from Äkäsjoki, 15min drive away, one of the best salmon rivers in Europe, Tornio River. An escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life awaits you in our idyllic tupa-sauna on the shore of Muonionjoki. This is my own design, self built. The cozy and traditional log cabin offers a unique vacation in the lap of nature. There is no disturbing city lights or sounds. Enjoy complete silence Enjoy the gentle steams in the wooden sauna and a refreshing swim directly in the river. You can see the northern lights right from the terrace or in bed. In the fall even swim as they flare.

Cabin in the woods

The cabin is located in a small village called Moskojärvi in swedish Lapland. The cabin has electricity. But no running water. Water will be provided in canisters. There isn't a bathroom, but it has a wood heated sauna, were you can shower. The toilet is a outside "dry" toilet. The kitchen has a fridge and a induction stove. The cabin has a woodstove. We provide wood. But we don't heat up the cabin. It's located next to my house were I live with my boyfriend and our 23 husky's.

Lappee, on the shore of Tornionjoki

A fisherman, a wilderness, or just a haven for a peaceful place! This home is located in Kolari, the village of Lappea. Lappea is known as the fishermen's cove. Inside, you'll find a living room with a large stone fireplace, a bunk bed and a couch, a well-equipped kitchen-living room, and an open bedroom with a double bed. There is also a sauna with a wood stove. There is an open lean-to in the outdoor spaces.

Little Red House

Small cozy house in Kolari, Lapland. No other apartments in the vicinity. There is no any street lights so you can see the Northern lights very well. 2 adults and 1 to 3 young children are easily accommodated in the house. The house has a living room-kitchen, bedroom, dressing room, toilet, washroom and sauna. The bedcovers and towels are included in the price. Final cleaning is required!

Villa Nivanranta - on the Tornionjoki river beach tower

The house is clean, completely renovated from the inside in 2017. In a scenic spot on the banks of the River Tornio. In the summer, there are great opportunities for salmon fishing. Autumn hunting and berry picking opportunities. In winter and spring, great opportunities for snowmobiling, the route runs from the side. Just a 20-minute drive away is the ski resort of Ritavalkea.
