Old house of character at the end of the 18th century recently renovated. The proposed place is 2/3 of the building on the left side. Hosts can enjoy a private entrance and fully dedicated living rooms. Outside, the quietness of the countryside allows you to unwind. On the activity side: a pool table, board games, petanque court, bike, proximity to animals. The house is located 18 km from Bayeux, 25 km from Caen and the landing beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel.

Nous serons heureux d'accueillir nos hôtes dans un studio récemment rénové de 19m2 à Louvigny avec entrée indépendante comprenant une pièce avec coin cuisine équipée ( mini-four, micro ondes, nespresso, bouilloire), coin salon avec canapé convertible, télévision, et salle d'eau indépendante. L'accès au logement se fait par un escalier. Studio se situant à 5 minutes de Caen, du Zénith et des périphériques Nord et Sud.
