The cottage is hidden from sights, located nearby the wonderful Ninglinspo in the Amblève Valley, ensuring many hiking trails nearby and a wonderful environment in the middle of the Belgian Ardennes!

Balmoral – Apartment with view and large terrace

Apartment in a characterful villa located in the Balmoral district above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The apartment is located on the garden level and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and it has a magnificent view of the valley.

This 18 m2 maisonette with mezzanine bed in a contemporary and warm design is ideal for a romantic stay, with young children or with friends. Here you will find all the comforts you need for a comfortable stay. Being located in the heart of the old village of Banneux, many walks are available from the Tiny House.

But you can also discover the surrounding nature from the accommodation, with multiple marked walks for pedestrians and cyclists. A stone's throw from two Belgian natural treasures: the Fagnes Nature Reserve and Belgium's only torrent, the Ninglinspo.

In a small village on the edge of our beautiful Belgian Ardennes, the PHILO&FILLES gite welcomes you alone, as a couple or as a family (max 4 people + 1 baby).
