Ξυπνάτε με το φως να καθρεφτίζεται στη θάλασσα. Κατεβαίνετε για βουτιά σε λίγα βήματα. Το βράδυ, αποκοιμιέστε με τον ήχο του νερού. Ο ήχος του νερού γίνεται μέρος της σιωπής.
