We just spent a week at Nikos apartment and had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding with the option to go a restaurant and the beach. The apartment offered all that and were really relaxed when we left. Only thing that is not clear from the apartment info, the second room with the single beds is not a proper room, it’s part of the living room. But that did not pose a problem for us. We loved it and can highly recommend it!

Very cute place that was furnished well and comfortably. The host's mother let us in. We were flying from NYC and had been traveling for about 18 hours, so I had asked if it was possible to check in earlier due to the jetlag, and the host was extremely accommodating. It felt like coming to a home away from home. There was a garden with incredibly fragrant flowers and was close to the coast. At night it was very quiet and peaceful, very easy to sleep. 100% recommend! Would definitely book again.

Отличный дом с приватной территорией прямо на берегу моря. Комнаты в доме расположены очень удобно, великолепный вид из окна на Коринфский залив. Дом чистый и комфортный, много интересных книг и вещей, всё подобранно со вкусом. В доме есть все необходимые для отдыха удобства. Перед домом удобная терраса и газон где можно отдохнуть в тени деревьев на лежаках. Во дворе есть жаровня на углях для приготовления пищи. Самое главное это море и собственный пляж, расположенный прямо перед домом, великолепный вид и удобный вход в воду. Хозяин Harry очень ответственный и отзывчивый человек, всегда с вами на связи и готов выполнить все ваши желания. Рекомендую отдых в этом доме, вы получите отличное настроение и незабываемые впечатления. Всегда хочется вернуться сюда снова. Огромная благодарность Harry и его команде.

bonjour, logement conforme à la description, cadre très beau, l'hôte vous fait parvenir des photos qui vous permettent de trouver la maison, surtout quand vous arrivez à une heure tardive de la nuit! cela aide bien ! nous y reviendrons car nous n'avons pu y rester seulement une nuit ! le cadre est magnifique qd vous petit déjeuner sur la terrasse !par contre, logement non adapté à des personnes à mobilité réduite à cause de l'escalier en colimaçon !

Very nice apartment 50m from the beach. Hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

New built house with recent furnitures and a useful driveway for parking our car. Clean and tidy inside ! Very calm neighbourhood during the off-season. Less than 3 min by walk to gain the shoreline. Check-in/check-out were easy and flexible : ideal for our late arrival and departure to the airport. Ilias the host was very kind and caring with us. He always reacted quickly, even at late hours. For our short stay of 3 days, it was literally perfect. Thank you very much sir !

Pasamos un fin de semana en familia increíble !!!! El lugar es precioso con mucha calma y mucho verde …. El departamento estaba completamente equipado, no necesitamos nada extra! Volveremos sin lugar a dudas en cuanto podamos …. Nuestro anfitrión fue siempre respetuoso, amable y muy claro … Muchas gracias !! Lo súper recomiendo!

We waren met 9 vrienden. Elk jaar doen we een stedentrip. Dit jaar Athene. De villa zelf staat zeker in onze top van bezochte accomodaties. Prachtige klassieke villa met grote zeer goed onderhouden tuin voorzien van zwembad, tennisbaan en buitenkeuken voor bbq. Je loopt zo vanuit de tuin de zee in. Super! Andreas is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een prima host! In Kineta is redelijk weinig te doen. Er zijn enkele barretjes en restaurants aan t strand op loopafstand. Er een bakker en kleine super vlak bij het treinstation. Voor de grote boodschappen moet je 5 kilometer verderop zijn. Andreas maakte ons dit gelijk kenbaar en regelde bij aankomst een taxi naar deze supermarkt ,waar we voor t weekend gelijk de grootste boodschappen hebben gehaald. Kineta is vanaf de luchthaven per trein te bereiken, maar deze reis duurt bijna 1,5 uur. Ook kun je met deze trein naar Athene. De verbinding is mooi, maar we vonden de afstand van Athene naar Kineta ver. We hebben enorm genoten van de villa!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus von Nikos. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, das Haus sehr groß mit allem, was man braucht. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Unsere Kinder waren sehr in den äußerst freundlichen Hund verliebt. Wir wurden freundlich von Nikos‘ Eltern empfangen, obwohl wir ungeplanterweise spät ankamen.

The Villa is very nice and spacious with 3 separate bedrooms. The outside area is also great for relaxing. The village seemed quite empty and some restaurants were closed, but that was probably due to it still being off-season. Konstantinos was friendly and helpful.

Πολύ καλή διαμονή, μας αρέσει πολύ ο εξωτερικός χώρος και ο κήπος με λαχανικά. Νιώθαμε ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Τα παιδιά ξετρελάθηκαν όσο με πισίνα τόσο και με το τραμπολίνο, πινγκ-πονγκ, μπάσκετ και ηλεκτρικό αυτοκινητάκι, το οποίο μας πρόσφεραν οι οικοδεσπότες για το μικρό μας παιδί. Το σπίτι είναι καλά εξοπλισμένο και έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Η Ελένα μας άφησε δωράκια : βιολογικό κρασί, γλυκό του κουταλιού, δάφνη σπιτικό, σαπούνι χειροποίητο. Την ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Θα ξαναεπισκεφτούμε το κατάλυμα το καλοκαίρι για να απολαύσουμε την πισίνα περισσότερο 😉. Ευχαριστούμε τα παιδιά για τις ευχάριστη διαμονή που είχαμε.

Albert's apartment is very comfy, clean, quite new and modern. A very nice place to spend your holidays. It is really close to the the beach, quite and cozy. Albert is a very nice guy, discreet and is there for anything you need. The apartment is provided with a lot more than the basic facilities. I would choose Albert's apartment again and again for my holidays. Thank you Albert for the hospitality and everything. C u again...

Το σπιτάκι matchbox ανταποκρίθηκε πλήρως στις ανάγκες των διακοπών μας, είχαμε πραγματικά ανάγκη την ησυχία και ξεκούραση που μας πρόσφερε απλόχερα! Η ιδιοκτήτρια, η κα Δάφνη ήταν πάντοτε πρόθυμη ν' απαντήσει, σ'οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Για μένα η στιγμή της πρωινής βουτιάς στο νερό της λιμνοθάλασσας, ήταν ότι καλύτερο, ανεκτίμητη. Θα χαρούμε πολύ να μας δοθεί η ευκαιρία να ξαναπάμε.

Un emplacement idéal pour des vacances en famille. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée ( nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants) Il y a un grand jardin au bout duquel un portillon permet d'accéder à une plage peu fréquentée. Le rêve! Transats, parasols, mobilier de jardin, grande terrasse ombragée...Tout est prévu pour profiter de la mer. L'hôte habite dans une maison voisine. Elle a répondu d'une manière très réactive à nos demandes et nous a renseignés sur les bonnes adresses des environs. Elle a un contact amical et chaleureux et nous la retrouverons avec plaisir car nous comptons retourner dans ce logement l'année prochaine.

l nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Si trattava di riposarci 2 giorni e aver spazio per il cane che anche nei dintorni poteva correre libera e senza pericoli. La posizione era isolata quindi va bene se non ti interessa fare vita mondana. Se desideri fare vita di spiaggia direi che non è questa la zona, ma per riposarsi in mezzo al verde era perfetta. האירוח היה מעל ומעבר. הדירה נקייה, נעימה, מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך.ממש מרגישים בבית. מושלמת עם ילדים. הגינה המטופחת עשתה נעים בעיניים והילדים נהנו לרוץ ולשחק בה. קוסטס זמין וענה במהרה על כל שאלותינו טרם ההגעה. ביקשנו לשנות את צורת סידור השינה לילדים והוא מיד סידר ודאג להכל. במקרר היו פינוקים שעשו את הכניסה לדירה לביתית. הדירה באזור שקט, מרחק של דקה נסיעה מהרחוב הראשי בו יש הכל, מינימרקט, מסעדות, חנויות. קוסטס גר בסמיכות לדירה אך נוכחותו לא הורגשה כלל, נתן פרטיות מוחלטת. מצד שני, כל דבר שביקשנו, סייע מיד ועם חיוך. קוסטס הסביר על האזור ומה יש לעשות בו עם ילדים, גילינו איש שיחה שהיה כיף לדבר איתו. נוכחותו ללא ספק הייתה חלק מהחוויה הטובה שלנו שם. ממליצים בחום רב!!!

Η διαμονή ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη λόγω της τοποθεσίας αλλά και λόγω της ησυχίας που είχε η κατοικία και η περιοχή. Επίσης ήταν όλα προσεγμένα και καθαρά. Ότι πρέπει και για ζευγάρι και για οικογένεια. Ευχαριστουμε πολύ!

Η εμπειρια μας στο σπιτι της Ερωφιλης ηταν εξαιρετικη απ ολες τις αποψεις. Η συντομη και ευκολη διαδρομη απο και προς την Αθήνα, επετρεψε την μετακινηση για εργασια τις μερες που μειναμε στην Κινετα. Ταυτοχρονα, η ησυχια που προσφερε το μερος και το γρηγορο ινερνετ, διευκολυνε την εξ αποστασεως εργασια που ειχαμε αναλαβει. Σε συνδυασμο με τη δουλεια, καταφεραμε να απολαυσουμε τη θαλασσα, την ηρεμια και τον υπεροχο κηπο του σπιτιου, και να βρεθουμε εκτος πολης. Το καταλυμα ηταν πεντακαθαρο, τακτοποιημενο και διακοσμημενο με εξαιρετικο γουστο, με πληρως εξοπλισμενη κουζινα και μπανιο. Η Ερωφιλη ηταν ευγενικη, φιλικη και ανταποκριθηκε καθε φορα που χρειαστηκαμε κατι. Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα!!! Ευχαριστουμε πολυ και θα επιστρεψουμε συντομα!

We loved this house so much we decided to stay there on the tail end of our trip as well as the beginning. We felt right at home here and loved the peace, views, size of home and cleanliness. Best location out of the busier areas, but close to many places, easy walk to the beach and cafes and grocery stores. Highly recommend!
