For a good relax in a lovely new apartment situated in a remote area then this is the place. Quiet and within walking distance to a swim at a natural beach. Beach and restaurants with a supermarket is a 10min drive away. Recommend for a stay.

House is well equipped, comfortable, as advertised.

This was a lovely place in a beautiful setting, very close to Delphi, which is what we came to see. The apartment has lovely family antiques and was very pretty. The town of Arachova is an easy 10 min walk. Our host was responsive, she came out to meet us as we drove up to show us where to park in back of the building. She had milk and juice and homemade jams in the fridge for us and baked an amazing breakfast with orange cake, fresh bread and savory pastries. We would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was amazing, but if I had to be special, that's the cleanliness! The owner has an excellent space, great decor, spotless, wonderful linens, with these mattresses we made perfect sleep, feather pillows. The spot is quiet, we had our own parking space and table with chairs in the courtyard. The chickens and the trees were perfect brushes. We were given a cot for the infant and generally the apartment has all the appliances and comforts, as if we were home. The communication with the host is excellent, the instructions to find the place right. Very close to the beach.

Gigi has been very friendly & helpful. The flat is at 5-10 mins walking distance to the town at a very quiet location and has a parking space to leave your car.

Beautiful apartment located in the hilly area of the city of Skiathos. Surrounded by greenery and complete tranquility. The view from the terrace and the large bedroom window over the town and the islands in front is simply spectacular, especially at sunset! The apartment is new, well furnished and complete with everything. We never used the air conditioning as the apartment is always cool and ventilated. Anneke and her husband, the owners, very kind and hospitable, live downstairs and are always available. A car is needed for getting around. Highly recommended, to be returned!

Very pleasant place to stay, near to the small harbour and restaurants. The pool is great. Dimitrios is a very helpful host, making sure that everything was perfect for us.

I rented Halu's place for my teenage children. It couldn't have been more perfect. Really nicely decorated with two little balconies and right in the town so they could make the most of all the bars and clubs and then come and visit us by the beach via the excellent bus system.

Great host, apartment and location. Nikoloas it a great host. We have used airbnb several times and he has been the best host we have had. There were toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning products, water and wine when we arrived. He cleaned the apartment and brought fresh bedding and towels half way through our stay, as we were staying for 2 weeks. We have been to Skiathos 3 times and his place was our favourite place to stay. We hired a jeep to tour the island. There is parking at the apartment. The views from the apartment are stunning and there is a spacious balcony with good quality furniture. There is a good sized fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, panini grill, oven and hob. If you wish to self cater you will be able to do so. The location is excellent a few minutes from town. The bed was very comfortable. The shutters keep the apartment nice and dark when you wish to sleep. We cannot thank Nikolaos enough for our wonderful stay. We will be back!

Maria is a very cordial and communicative host with disarming kindness, kindness, and helpfulness. The house is wonderfully located with sea view and large balconies. It's all spotless and thoughtfully crafted that creates a feeling of euphoria and tranquility. I highly recommend it for accommodation any time of year.

We can’t say enough great things about Giannis. 👏 He is an amazing host. These rooms are simple, but have everything you need for an overnight stay in Skiathos. Don’t miss eating at the local Italian restaurant (yes, in Greece 😉), Pasta Pazza is amazing! Giannis gave us a ride to the port which was greatly appreciated. 👏 We will stay here next time we visit for sure!

We stayed three persons for a week in the Fire flat, which is more like a detached cabin-style guest house, which gives you some extra privacy. The views from the flat and the villa in general are amazing and the pool is large and surprisingly deep, which is great. The flat, the villa and all the areas around it are artistically decorated giving it a very unique look. Our host Markos was more than hospitable and really made sure that we enjoyed our stay and provided us with great tips on which beaches to visit etc. I highly recommend Markos as a host and his Villa Stratos.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is absolutely stunning, although I would recommend a taxi from the airport! I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A great stay in a beautiful villa . A large swimming pool that allows you to swim and services that are extraordinary and of very high level. Alfonso and his team are available and extremely thoughtful. We strongly recommend!

Giannis place was great it was very big and exactly like the pictures. My family had a good time there. He was also very friendly to communicate with. Would go again for sure. The one thing I will say - which does not change my good rating is that there was a smell in the building - not in the apartment itself - that wasn’t very pleasant. But this was no big deal it wasn’t inside of the house.
