Beautiful mill from 1880, tastefully renovated in the Sioule Valley. This 205 m2 high-end cottage, fully equipped, is accessible by a 150 m path. Its 6000 m2 plot, where you can see the Château Rocher, runs along the Sioule River with direct access. Unique haven of peace to rest and reconnect with nature. It welcomes you with friends and family for many outdoor discoveries/activities. Cell phones have some reception in the entrance of the mill and otherwise outside.

Gîte La Belle Vie - AIR CONDITIONING

This cozy, spacious accommodation (65m2) is perfect for a pleasant overnight stay. The gîte is equipped with all the necessary amenities. Outside, you can enjoy the sun terrace, overlooking the meadow where the horses graze. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from a restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes). If you want, you can use our well-stocked breakfast basket. "La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
