Πρόκειται για μια άνετη εξοχική οικία, που απέχει μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό, παραθαλάσσιο δρόμο μεταξύ Λυγιάς και Βράχου.
