The house has two bedrooms (each with cable TV and air conditioning), a full bathroom for both bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a garden, a service area (with a washing machine), and a garage. The residential area is spacious (900 houses) and has multiple green areas, parks, football, basketball and volleyball courts, swimming pools, etc. Note: There is a 3rd room that is not enabled.
