Holiday rentals with a patio in Loudun

The accommodation is easily accessible, whether by car or public transport. We were able to park our car in the indoor parking space, secured by a gate, and use the buses that pass right next to it – very frequent and leading directly to the city centre. This is a large one-bedroom, very clean, with a nice bathroom. The facilities are recent and the accommodation is very well equipped: functional kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, television... everything is there for a comfortable stay. The French door gives access to a private garden, where we were able to enjoy good times with the family around the garden furniture. We stayed for a week with our two teenage daughters. The sofa bed allowed us to have extra beds without any worries. Finally, Florence's responsiveness, before, during and after the stay, greatly facilitated our trip. We sincerely thank her and highly recommend this listing!

Perfect spot with lots of restaurants, cafes and wine bars at the doorstep. The flat was modern, well equipped, really comfortable. Check in and out was very smooth. Everything we could have asked for out stay in Tours!

The one-room apartment is really very nice and exceptionally tastefully furnished. You can see that an architect with a love of detail was at work here. We felt very at home for a week and enjoyed Saumur and the surrounding area from here. The apartment is fully recommended without restrictions. Only the entrance to the building and the staircase are unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was very lovingly furnished, had high-quality kitchen appliances, very comfortable mattresses and was very large. The only small negative point: Unfortunately, there was no direct access for us (AirBnB) from the garage via the courtyard into the house. You had to walk around the block. But overall highly recommended!!

Lovely little haven of peace surrounded by a beautiful garden. Florence is very friendly and welcoming, it was a pleasure to chat with her. The bathroom sink is very small, but there is also the kitchen area sink, so we can arrange it.

Super comfortable cottage, very well equipped, good bedding, super nice pool, playful setting thanks to the animals, spacious shower, products available. The place is very quiet, lawn well appreciated for morning sports! We liked the fully equipped kitchen, our meals near the pool, and the exemplary cleanliness. We did not plan to bring beach towels, think about it because it is the bed and bath linen that is provided. We were extremely well received and the location is ideal for discovering the surroundings of Tours! The bedroom upstairs is hot but equipped with air conditioning, you have to remember to turn it on before going to bed to cool it down.

An amazing house - lovely decor and everything you need. Relaxing area with great walks and other towns to explore nearby. Hour host was responsive. Would highly recommend and we would like to return.

I just LOVED my stay at Pierre's place. We were 3 friends with 3 toddlers. Everything was suitable, convenient, spacious, clean. I have no complaints about the listing. We spent the day at the amusement park the valley 25 minutes from the house to the delight of the children 😊 I would recommend this accommodation!
