Holiday rentals with a patio in Loudoun County

If you’re hesitating on book with Andrea at this Airbnb, treat this review as your catalyst! First, this place is gorgeous. The open space layout allows us to cook, watch TV/chill on the couch, and also be close to the balcony/watching the sunset all simultaneously at the same time. We also packed our day at Harper’s Ferry and Charles Town (very close to the Airbnb btw) and it was so nice to come back home to this wonderful space. It was also a delight to be able to drive up the mountain to get here. Gorgeous views all around and very private. Lastly, Andrea is an amazing host! She’s very responsive and even gave us recommendations. We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Harper’s Ferry and enjoy a relaxing and calm weekend in nature!!

This was the perfect home base for a weekend of traveling from Harpers Ferry to Leesburg and everywhere in-between. It was very quiet and peaceful at the property with lots of wildlife in the area. The apartment felt cozy and the bed was very comfortable! We loved all of the recommendations in the Host Guidebook that we visited. Our favorite places outside the guide book were Bear Chase Brewing and Flying Ace Distillery! If you happen to head down towards Leesburg, BKD bagels had a great selection of breakfast sandwiches.

This was a wonderful place!! Quiet, clean, and very well laid out! We would highly recommend Dmytro’s place! Perfect for the Herndon area!!

Amazing unit! Super peaceful and quiet! Koi pond makes it feel like a serene oasis! Host is super nice and responsive! But also respected privacy and space. Perfect host!

Matt and Emma literally thought of everything you could possibly need! They had snacks, bathroom items in case you forgot anything, super comfy bed, and everything was labeld to make it easy. I can't say we'll ever find ourselves in thay area again, as we went for our sister's wedding, but if we did we would stay with Matt and Emma! We did hear the bakery upstairs, but we were told about it in the listing and it didn't bother us one bit.

Really nice place off a quiet street in Bolivar/Harper’s Ferry. Very clean and exactly as advertised. Hosts provided great instructions and it was easy to access and enter. Convenient to hiking trails and sight seeing. Would stay here again and recommend.

We loved our stay! The house is even more beautiful than the photos, and the property is beautiful. Our kids loved playing in the creek and hiking at Bear’s Den, and we loved the local breweries. We would definitely stay again!

For a house that can accommodate a multi-generational family, this was excellent. Walking around the property was adequate for a winter day, but in other seasons, when you want a longer walk, the highway would not have been safe. We had to get in the car to walk on the C&O Canal, just 15 minutes away in Brunswick. A lovely, flat walking or biking space. There was a highchair for the baby, and little to no decor for young children to break. Thank you! The host negotiated an issue with no electrical power in three bedrooms the first night. A repair person came promptly the next morning to flip a breaker. All was well from that point on. Being a musical family, the piano was a real bonus! We will definitely return when we can.

Our countryside escape was just what we needed. The home was peaceful and full of charm — exactly as described. Waking up to the quiet sounds of nature and sipping coffee with scenic views made each day feel like a retreat. The host was thoughtful and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. We absolutely loved staying at Timothy’s place, the history of this farm home was well presented, and we loved the fact that it was still part of a family story. It was great to have the historical one room school house next-door. It was extremely clean and well organized, and well stocked, we particularly loved the screened in porch where we had our coffee and could visit during the day. Both of the bathrooms were very nice as well as the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

I can’t say enough about how absolutely fabulous this house is and how great Tamara is as a host- communication was excellent and she was quick to respond to any questions. The house and outdoor areas are beautiful, well maintained & comfortable, and everything you could possibly need is provided. My family was in town over a long Memorial Day weekend for my nephew’s wedding which was held at another of Tamara’s properties (also spectacular!) just 2 miles up the road so this property was so convenient for us. We had an A+++ experience and highly recommend!!

We loved the location a lot because of many Korean restaurants nearby! Also her check in instruction was easy and great. If you have something to do in Northern VA area this is a good place to stay in.

Wow, wow, wow!!! We celebrated our 25th anniversary in this beautiful house and it will be so memorable! The house is GORGEOUS, spotless and so much fun!!! We played games, Pac-Man, soaked in the hot tub, cooked a s slept in. The ferns on the property are so pretty and we loved to watch “Phil” ( the groundhog) hard at work finding food in the massive frontage. This house is super private and it’s so quiet. We just loved everything about it! I also have the Christmas gift idea for my husband (Pac-Man.. shhh :) ). Thank you so much!!

This is an exquisitely furnished, well maintained, pristinely clean, centrally located property. Rosalyn is easily accessible and deserves kudos for providing all linens and towels and bath supplies, as well as providing a well stocked kitchen in this beautiful setting. She even added a grill knowing it was going to be a summer like weekend. We would highly recommend treating yourself and friends or family to a stay at the terrace apartment! You will love it!

I had a great time, even though it was short. I have a dog that sleeps with me and her cat was kind enough to keep me company. Lacee was very friendly and responsive when I had a question. Hope to see you again soon!!

Staying at this place was a terrific experience and worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean and was very comfortable. In addition, the place we very clean and inviting. Definitely worth staying there again.

Rosalyn's House was laid out perfectly, with lots of natural light and beautiful views of the gardens outside. The two-tone paint on the walls in the living area and nicely selected art was definitely a step above the average rental house. The Kitchen was one of the best equipped we have seen, and we loved the coffee options. The appliances were top notch. Rosalyn was always available to help us with questions and respond with help. The home was clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nadia was fantastic to work with as we were dealing with a stressful situation that required a quick exit from our home. She made every effort to get us in early even with a same-day guest departure. The apartment is absolutely perfectly stocked! So many thoughtful items made our stay very comfortable and easy. I wish we’re could have stayed longer to enjoy it all! The pond and geese/ducks outside the master bedroom were lovely (and made good sleeping white noise). Highly recommend if you’re in need of a convenient place in the area!
