Excellent place that was exactly like the pictures. Properties by Preston was quick with responses and had all information needed immediately upon booking. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the Farragut area as it is central to accessing all around the city.

This listing was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. With lots to do around and its proximity to Knoxville, it is a great place to stay for a UTK weekend, or just a comfortable getaway. Thank you!

Betina’s place is a unit inside of the Fairfield Glade / Wyndham Resorts units. Our family has stayed at the Wyndham unit many times. Crossville has some wonderful dining including The Lantern for steaks and Annie’s for pizza. Food City is the closest grocery and Instacart does deliver. Is currently the off-season so the resort was quiet. Be sure to bring your swimsuit if you want to use the pool, etc.

Scott was super helpful at every step of booking and finding parking! It’s a great location in downtown with easy access to restaurants and shops.

This was our second stay with Curtis. Very accommodating and smooth check in.

We had four people staying in the condo, it was a perfectly sized space to accommodate us. It was extremely clean, and we had everything we needed for the weekend. We did bring our own snacks and food to prepare meals, which I would recommend doing! We really appreciated seeing staff being mindful and practicing precautions the entire stay. When we arrived, we did have to wait about an hour after check-in as it wasn’t ready yet. And our wristband/keycards weren’t properly activated so they sent a maintenance person to fix that, who was very helpful. We got to see two baby raccoons from the back porch as soon as we arrived though, so we didn’t mind. Would highly recommend this stay for a quiet getaway!! We had a great time.

Jodie was amazing. The cleanliness and broken fridge, broken bed and broken TV was out of her control due to the prior guests. She informed me before hand and I was aware and it didn't make our stay any less amazing. The view is great and the condo is Beautiful and updated. I will stay at Jodies place again in the future.

Did not end up staying here due to booking error, but summer was respectful and the place was as described!!

Jay was great! He was a wonderful communicator and extremely helpful. Also, we had a billing issue that was my fault and he helped me fix it and didn’t even charge me for my own mistake. He has a lot of integrity. Honest host, will rent from him again.

Great space and location. The instructions were clear and walkable to great restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect we had our privacy and also enjoyed time with family.

The stay was everything that we expected with the exception of having two twin beds as opposed to two king beds in the second bedroom. Overall a typical Wyndham facility and nothing outside of our expectations.

Unit accessibility was perfect, only a few stairs. Unit was comfortable, very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Location was perfect for getting to food store, gas station, I-40. Highly recommends.

What a nice place! And a beautiful view of the lake as well. The home was very clean. I can’t say enough about Scott and his communication with us. We were in a bind trying to find a place to stay and he was very responsive to our needs.

We absolutely loved our stay! This lake home is beautiful, spacious, plenty of room. Everything we needed and more! We had so much fun on the kayaks and enjoyed the lake. The oven/stove was a bit tricky and the lock on the back door hard to lock but those were no big deal. Highly recommend this property and we would love to return one day!

David’s house was located not so far from the shopping areas, but very quiet and clean. We enjoyed to stay his house and enough room for 6 people to stay.

Some friends and I chose this house for a long weekend softball tournament in the area. It was a beautiful house and the hosts were fantastic. They have put a lot of work into their place and we certainly enjoyed it and could have easily stayed longer! The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate! The kitchen was completely spotless with new appliances! Super clean and comfortable! Kristi was very responsive to every message and request, including an unexpected power outage in the area. Completely out of her control but she reported it to the power company right away and did all she could to help us. The entire property was perfect for us with plenty of room, toys and amenities! We really enjoyed staying here and we think you will too! If we're ever back in this area, we're coming straight HERE! Thank you for a fantastic weekend! 5+ stars all the way around!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for a big family. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub! Susanne was very nice and prompt with responses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This home is perfect for a family get-together. It was spacious and well appointed. They even let you use the garage, which kept the car cooler in the hot summer weather. Communication was friendly and they responded quickly. It was just a long weekend stay for us to visit family nearby, but we would stay there again.
