Welcome to our newly built house – a lakeside oasis with sauna, fireplace and magnificent views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. There are 3 bedrooms (6 beds), kitchen and bathroom. Swimming jetty and rowing boat straight down below the house, bike and hiking trails around the corner and in winter you can reach the ski slopes in 10 minutes over the ice or 3 minutes by car. After a day filled with adventure, the sauna, the fire and the silence await. Free electric car charging included. Perfect for both outdoor life and relaxation all year round.

Farmhouse in rural environment with pool and sauna

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP-board are available to borrow.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Hedvig

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located home. The apartment we have named Hedvig after my grandmother who together with her husband Lars-Emil was the first in our family to start the sawmill. The house the apartment is located in was built around 1880 and belonged to a sawmill and later planing. The apartment is originally a service residence and some carpentry houses are left but some is also new. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated in 2024.

Take a break and unwind in the heart of the World Heritage Hälsingegårdar. Enjoy views of fields and the river Woxnan. Fish, walk, sunbathe and swim at the nearby public beach or eat your own homemade good food in the nature garden. Go on an excursion to Hälsingegårdar and have coffee or eat lunch/dinner. Hike in magnificent nature. Go skiing in the winter.

Big family friendly house in charming village.

Family friendly house in the heart of Hälsingland. Close to ski resorts (15 km till Bollnäs and 60 km to Järvzö) 4 km to Bollnäs golfcourse and a short drive to several lakes and the river Ljusnan if you fancy a swim. The house is surounded by forest and fields and below the house you can find the Actktjära stream. Your host lives on the farm close by.

The whole group will have easy access to everything from this centrally located lakefront home. Here you can stay in summer and winter. Here is the city center and grocery store close by. Bus connection is available at Ica Maxi. For your information, this accommodation is right next to our house.
