Wet clothing and shoes can be safely stored in our drying room. After an eventful day, you can relax in our resting room. For fitness or, for example, a yoga session in the morning, you also have access to a small, well-equipped exercise room. On request, you can also indulge in treatments from our partners – whether it's a massage, foot care, or a private 1:1 yoga session. For longer stays, we also offer the option to use a private sauna upon request and availability. In renovating and furnishing our apartment, we have placed particular emphasis on quality and regionality. In collaboration with local businesses and manufacturers, we specifically support small companies from the surrounding area. Simply Enjoy – with us in Losheim am See. Our cozy apartment for max. 2 people is located in the beautiful village of 66663 Merzig-Brotdorf. Brotdorf is, among other things, the starting point for many cycling tours in Saarland. Due to the central location, many excursion destinations can be reached in a short time. Beautiful hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. We hope to welcome you soon as our guest. You can expect a very well-equipped apartment that has been cleaned before your arrival and checked for any damage damage.

The location is ideal for city visits: The pedestrian zone starts 650 m away. The Kaiserthermen and the Porta Nigra are about 15-20 minutes' walk. We offer an approximately 100 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 adults in a quiet rural setting. From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.

The spacious house in Losheim am See invites you to relax. It has been totally renovated in 2016. Existing elements have been carefully complemented by new furnishings. The house has three bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom on the upper floor and an accessible bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is also accessible by accessibility. Two living and dining room complete the ground floor. There is a balcony and a garden.

- Pets on request only "Katjas Ferienwohnung" is located in Nittel in Rheinland-Pfalz and is a great starting point for discovering the beautiful Mosel region as well as the nearby Luxemburg. The apartment features a living room, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave and one bathroom with a shower. The amenities also include Wi-Fi, a TV and a children's highchair and a cot (both on request).
