The approximately 90 sqm apartment was completed in 2024 and furnished with a lot of love. The quiet location at the edge of a residential area, surrounded by fields, forest and meadows, offers a high recreational factor. Walking and hiking trails are directly accessible. The town center with many shopping facilities such as bakeries, butchers, etc. are within a 5-10 minute walk. The reservoir with many hiking trails and various leisure activities is about 2000 m away.

My grandpa and my dad were born in our old farmhouse. We have now renovated it for many years, trying to create modern comfort and preserve old elements. There are original wooden floorboards, mosaics made of old V&B tiles, two new bathrooms and a new large kitchen with seating area (for 4 people), a dining room with large table (for 8 people) and two sofas. Outside there is still a garden, a barbecue area and parking spaces, these are not yet available!

From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.
