A fully independent house, fully equipped to relax and enjoy. It is located in a gated condominium with access to the beach, 3 minutes away by car. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and another with a bunk bed and a single bed and a half. Living room, dining room, 1 full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. It has an outdoor terrace with a grill and a pool that is heated all year round at 25-28 degrees. Diving lessons are held in the pool at specific times, in which case you will be informed.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large family living room with a dining room with spectacular ocean views, a newly remodeled kitchen with all its equipment. It has a pool protected from the wind with a beautiful ocean view and a hot tub installed on the "El Barco" terrace, both for the exclusive use of the house.
