Carmen Paz was always attentive to our requirements, showing concern for what you spend your stay in the best possible way. It's definitely a place we want to go to again at another time, no matter the time of year, I think the seasons there have each their charm. The house is modern, comfortable, the rooms are large, the beds are excellent, the view is beautiful, you can walk to the center and the waterfront, everything is close, 3 bathrooms, which are appreciated, 😅 the kitchen is very well equipped and basic things in the pantry that save you when you arrive. The exquisite heating!! And Karla is super attentive to everything, 10 out of 10, 100% recommended And as a fact, there is a minimarket 4 houses away.

Erica's place is the same as described in the photographs; spacious, comfortable, clean, warm and cozy. The environment of a priceless tranquility, surrounded by a forest that invites you only to relax. We loved the place and their pets took care of us most of our stay. Erica mother is also very nice… Definitely a place to recommend, 10/10. The place is very close to the city which is comfortable for shopping for groceries; perfect internet signal 👌 Thank you for your hospitality Erica….

The beautiful cabin, with a spectacular view of the river and Mancera Island. A really comfortable and beautiful place to stay, Mabel and her husband were a 10 as hosts, they helped us with everything we needed. When we arrived, they waited for us with the stove on, so the cabin was very pleasant. We also enjoyed a day of tinaja that they gave us and it was wonderful. We went in a small car and had no problems with the road, it is in excellent condition. In short, 100% recommended if you want to disconnect, enjoy nature and a good view☺️.

The house is beautiful, very comfortable for the 4 of us. I had what I needed to be well. Everything is very clean, great location. The only thing missing was for the shower water to be warmer. Everything else was perfect!! We'd come back!!

An excellent and unforgettable experience. The place far exceeded our expectations, I had never heard about the Valdivia cold forest and without a doubt it is the best place to get to know it. A cabin that looks like it was decorated as if it were for Ricardo. Everything was excellent, we didn't lack anything and we felt better than at home. We ran out of time, we'll definitely be back. Ricardo, an excellent host, friendly and very concerned with every detail. Totally recommended!

The apartment is perfect for a couple and children, it has good and spacious common areas, the terrace is incredible but I think that in summer it can be better used, although the glass that covers it contributes a lot to lowering the wind and the cold. Well located, easy to get around on foot. Only the heating in bedroom 2 failed, but overall everything was fine. Recommended

Comfortable accommodation, I travelled alone and had no difficulties. In particular, the location was useful to me, because by car you can get to the center of Pucón, Villarrica and the foot of the volcano in a short time. Paula's instructions were clear and she is very kind.

The apartment is super clean and has an incredible view, super quiet, it has a spectacular jacuzzi with an incredible view of the beach, the person is super nice, attentive to everything, the heating 7.0, everything is very nice, highly recommended, 8 min drive from Pucon, it's worth it.

The place is located only 5 minutes from downtown Pucon by car. The apartment is very nice and spacious in the common spaces and the kitchen has everything so you can prepare breakfast or dinners. It's very quiet so you get a good rest. Francisco is very friendly and is always there to answer your questions. I'd stay there again:)

The apartment is nice and we found it comfortable for two people. We had what we needed (to cook, work online, etc.). In June, the environment was very calm. I'd go back. Rommy was very friendly and gave us the necessary information.

Alejandro's apartment is small but very nice, new, modern, comfortable and warm. Good heating. I love the decoration and architecture, making the most of each space. View of the city, located near the Costanera. It is on the fourth floor without a lift; it is recommended for adults, not for children or the elderly. It has everything you need to settle in comfortably.

Excellent apartment! I stayed with my partner for 4 nights and it was a very cozy and very well-equipped place. Ximena takes care of all the necessary details to have a perfect stay. I only found the shower small, for a person with obesity I do not recommend it. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and excellent hygiene.

Very rich days in Villarrica. The location was incredible and the apartment was impeccable. The only thing is that the parking lot is far away and it's not covered, for us who were with a baby it was difficult because of the rain, other than that everything was extraordinary!
