It's nestled in Beachwood Canyon, which is very centrally located-just minutes away from the 101 FWY and Universal Studios. Hollywood Blvd is only about 1 mile away. Other attractions nearby are Pantages Theater, Hollywood Bowl, Grauman's Chinese Theater, Hollywood and Highland, Warner Bros Studio, The Grove, Sunset Blvd and more. You can walk to several restaurants. Uber is also available if you don't have a car.

We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.

In this small Rancho Guest Cottage (approx 500 sqft), you can hear the garden waterfall from the bedroom or lay out taking in the sun near your private pool/jacuzzi. The house features an open-concept design with a separate small bedroom, magnificent patio through the French doors of the living room, giving into the pool/jacuzzi.
