Nur 200m vom Meer entfernt und doch geschützt vor dem Wind, befindet sich Casa Kalisat „Haus Glück“. Umgeben von atemberaubender Vulkanlandschaft, dem klaren Sternenhimmel bei Nacht, der Kraft der Gezeiten, findet man Ruhe und Naturverbundenheit in schöner Wohnatmosphäre. Im ganzen Dorf darf man unbekleidet sein, FKK ist hier gern gesehen, aber kein Zwang. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in Charco und mehrere gute inseltypische Restaurants in Mala und Arrieta, wo sich auch ein langer, flacher Sandstrand, geeignet für Kinder und Surfer befindet. Eine geschützte Badestelle(200m) aus natürlichem Lavagestein, ermöglicht ganzjährig das Baden bei Hochwasser, ein Felsen(500m) mit Trittleiter ist für Schwimmer und Taucher der perfekte Zugang zum Meer. Mehrere Wanderpfade nehmen hinter dem Haus ihren Anfang. Der schönste führt direkt zum Ausflugspunkt „Jardin de Cactus“, des bekannten Inselkünstlers César Manrique.

En bas, il y a un lit solo et un divan-lit pour 2 (voir photos!). Plusieurs coins où se poser pour le petit déjeuner, l'apéro, grignoter, papoter ou bouquiner! Et plein d'infos sur l'île! Costa Teguise is a very pleasant town to live in, quiet, sunny and perfect for enjoying your holidays. I recently renovated my apartment in a beach and wood style. I put all my heart into it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You can see a bit of the sea from the terrace. The beach is 500m away. There are two Pools for swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with internet fibre. Living close to the sea I am very concerned about our environment; I have reduced the use of plastic.

A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.
