Wenn Sie die Unterkunft betreten, finden Sie einen geräumigen Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich vor, in dem Sie alles finden, was Sie für einen zufriedenstellenden und angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen. Von der Küche aus haben Sie Zugang zu den Schlafzimmern und dem Badezimmer. Im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett finden Sie ein Kingsize-Bett (150 cm breit) mit einem großen Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten. Von diesem Zimmer aus haben Sie auch Zugang zum Innenhof, der als Chillout-Area genutzt werden kann. Das kleine Zimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten (90cm breit) und einem offenen Schrank ausgestattet. Im Bad finden Sie eine große Dusche, die Waschmaschine und genügend Platz für persönliche Hygieneartikel. Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen für Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer ausgestattet: - Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer (Winter und Sommer). - Haartrockner - Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett - Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer - Spender für Shampoo, Conditioner und Duschgel - Dolce Gusto-Kapselkaffeemaschine und Teekocher - Air-Fryer, Mikrowelle, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Herd & Ceranfeld - Vollständiges Geschirr und Küchenutensilien - Doppel- und Mehrfachsteckdosen - Minimale Küchenausstattung (Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Süßstoff, natives Olivenöl und Essig, Backpapier, Alufolie, Frischhaltefolie). Bei Ihrer Ankunft finden Sie im Haus zu Ihrer Verfügung: - Saubere Bettwäsche und Decken - Saubere Hand- und Duschtücher - Kaffee- und Teekapseln zur Begrüßung - Shampoo, Conditioner und Duschgel - Küchen- und Toilettenpapier - Waschmittel und Weichspüler Das Haus wird immer komplett gebucht. Sie haben Zugang zum gesamten Haus mit Ausnahme der angrenzenden Garage. Zusätzliche Dienstleistungen sind auf Anfrage erhältlich: - Babyausstattung (Kinderbett oder Laufstall + Hochstuhl + PVC-Badewanne) 25€. - Flughafentransfers (ALC 80€/Murcia 50€) - Fahrradverleih (bitte anfragen) - Strandpaket (2 Stühle, 1 Sonnenschirm, 2 Strandtücher) 40€. - Reinigung während Ihres Aufenthalts 20€. - Übersetzungsdienst - Wäschewechsel bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 15 Tagen Wir bitten immer darum, dass alle Personen, die mindestens eine Nacht bleiben werden, bei der Buchung angegeben werden. Ob Kinder, Babys oder Erwachsene, sogar Haustiere, diese Anzahl muss immer angegeben werden. Für 1 und 2 Personen ist der Preis gleich, für jede weitere Person wird ein Zuschlag von 12€/Nacht auf die Buchung erhoben und für Haustiere 25€ pro Aufenthalt. Wir führen die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Gästemeldung durch, bei der alle Gäste ihre Daten online ausfüllen müssen. Der Gastgeber wird während Ihres Aufenthalts immer erreichbar sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, wobei Strand, Restaurants, Bars und andere Freizeitmöglichkeiten nach ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar sind.
