Newly renovated and furnished independent lower level of a single-family house. Located in an excellent and conveniently situated neighborhood. Two large bedrooms - master bedroom with luxurious kind bed, and a second bedroom with queen bed. All essentials covered, coffee machine, washer/dryer, full bath, and family room with large couch, eating area and LED TV. Surveillance camera outside of the entrance for guest's security.

A private suite & parking

A private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation, and the lock combination number is sent to you automatically. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently not used and remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor
