It is very bright with a private entrance, very well furnished and very clean. Welcome to quiet and beautiful Lorraine! This clean, comfortable private unit occupies the entire lower level of our house, offering complete privacy with a separate entrance. It features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a cozy living & dining area with a sofa bed. Step outside to enjoy a spacious backyard with a large patio and a fire pit surrounded by mature trees and pines. Two parking spots are included, with easy access to shopping, services, golf clubs, and hiking trails.

Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

You also have access to a large private courtyard in the back. The house has two separate homes. You have access to the top house as shown in the photos. For the downstairs home, a quiet and respectful couple lives there. In addition, it is strictly FORBIDDEN to smoke inside and on the balcony behind.
