Holiday houses in Loro Piceno

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

Het uitzicht is adembenemend en maakt je verblijf meer dan waard. Alberto is een topgastheer en z’n kookkunsten zijn een bonus! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Perfect voor wie wil ontspannen midden in de rust van Le Marche. Alberto, bedankt voor de geweldige tijd!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato esattamente ciò che cercavamo: una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della natura. L'alloggio, immerso nel verde, è stato perfetto per noi e per la nostra cagnolina, che ha apprezzato tantissimo lo spazio esterno. Abbiamo amato in particolare la piccola loggia, ideale per colazioni tranquille e serate rilassanti, godendoci l'atmosfera serena e la vista. Valentina e la sua famiglia sono stati degli host eccezionali, estremamente accoglienti e disponibili fin dal primo contatto. Ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa e la comunicazione è stata sempre impeccabile. L'alloggio era pulito, piccolo ma confortevole e rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione, fornendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, con la possibilità di fare passeggiate e immergersi completamente nella bellezza del paesaggio marchigiano.

La tranquillità del posto, il verde, gli alberi tutt' intorno il piccolo orto di piante aromatiche davanti alla casetta, la caratterizzano. Giusy host presente per informazioni , consigli sulla zona, e altro Molto attenta all' ambiente, ha messo a disposizione degli ospiti, vari contenitori, affinché venga fatta la raccolta differenziata vetro, carta, plastica e indifferenziato. Noi stiamo facendo un viaggio di piacere , devo dire che fino ad ora è L' UNICA HOST Che sta facendo questa cosa. Noi l'abbiamo apprezzata Molto! Ottimo Giusy Consiglio la tua casetta

we have ha a great stay. unfortunately there were works going on at the house next door. due a miscommunication the gardener did pop up to do the grass 3 hours of noice. for the rest location is superb. people in Pontano are really friendly.

We had the most beautiful stay in Umbria! The location is perfectly remote and peaceful, yet just a short drive to town, an ideal balance. The home itself is stunning, with thoughtfully curated furnishings that make the space feel warm and inviting. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The gardens and landscaping are truly breathtaking: lush, serene, and clearly tended with love. We especially enjoyed the presence of the sweet farm animals and friendly dogs, which added so much charm and joy to our stay. Livia is a wonderful host. She was generous, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She offered great local tips and guidance, and even shared some of her delicious olive oil with us. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We would love to come back and experience each of the rooms... it's the kind of place you never want to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic Umbrian escape!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend davvero piacevole in questa casa con piscina. L’appartamento era pulito e ordinato. Gli spazi esterni sono veramente bellissimi: ampi, curati e perfetti per rilassarsi, con una vista mozzafiato! Abbiamo apprezzato l’accesso all’orto e al frutteto, un dettaglio che per noi ha fatto davvero la differenza. Un’ulteriore nota positiva va alla presenza di Leo, il cane dei proprietari, molto ben educato. Ci ha tenuto compagnia 😊 Gli host sono stati sempre discreti ma disponibili in caso di bisogno. La piscina è stata a nostra completa disposizione e abbiamo goduto di una bella privacy durante tutto il soggiorno. La zona è molto tranquilla, ideale per staccare dalla routine. Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un piccolo appunto, mancavano solo alcuni elementi base come tovaglioli e olio, ma nulla che abbia compromesso l’esperienza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca pace e natura!
