Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Lorient, Saint Barthélemy

Coralie is a very responsive and accommodating host. Her unit is clean, modern and well equipped for long stays. The balcony offers a beautiful view of Oyster Pond and on most days a nice cooling breeze off the water. An added bonus was being able to sit on the balcony and keep the patio doors open almost every evening without needing any bug protection - something we have never experienced during stays at other locations on the island. We will definitely be back!!

Olivia was a fantastic, super-responsive host. We were able to check in early. The apartment was spacious and looked even better in person than in the pictures. The only issue we had, which is known for that area, is extremely limited parking, which is no fault of the host. I would stay here again if I ever visited St. Barts. Thanks, Olivia, for accommodating us.

The apartment has a central location, while still being in a quiet and secluded spot. Very clean and nicely maintained and furnished.

Lola’s place was an absolutely 10/10! On top of this studio and community being absolutely gorgeous, the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. The view from the room and patio were breathtaking and better than the pictures. Additionally, Lola as a host was super kind and very responsive. Whenever we had a question she responded promptly, check-in/out was smooth, and she gave us some awesome recommendations. This was our first trip to the island and I would wholeheartedly recommend Lola’s place to stay to anyone looking to visit!!

We had a lovely stay and the view from the apartment is beautiful! The apartment is well located, close to the center of Marigot, which is very convenient and we were hosted well :)

Our second stay at this lovely place! Laure was very responsive to questions I asked before our arrival. She met us at check in and explained everything as she reacquainted us with the apartment. She also checked with us a couple times during our stay. Apartment is very roomy with a king bed. Air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. We loved having breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool. Apartment is very clean, safe, and quiet at night. Had absolutely everything we needed with many extras included. There are many beach bars with chairs and umbrellas nearby. Also many restaurants with varied menus within easy walking distance. There is a small grocery store nearby too. We love staying at Orient Bay. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! See you next year!

Very cute place right by the beach, tatjana was very helpful and made sure everything was accommodated.

Stayed for a week just before Christmas. The charming, West Indian style house is in a great location. While the house has a/c, we did not use it. Instead we used the ceiling and pedestal fan at night. Most nights we ended up turning the pedestal fan off after a bit because we were too cold. There weren't a lot of bugs, but we kept the doors closed because we didn't think the mosquito netting would keep the bugs out. Great view from the porch to St. Martin/Maarten. Got up most mornings for a quick drive to Rendezvous Bay. Our favorite restaurant was The Sand Bar. Pretty good rice and beans at Elvis. Village Bake House is the place for breakfast and sandwiches.

Villa Almond Blue enjoys an extraordinary view, sublime facing the bay. You can see Pinel and Saint Barth from the terrace, installed in a pleasant covered outdoor lounge The house, very nice and simple to live in, offers all the essentials to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

Isabelle’s property came even better than advertised and Isabelle was a very gracious hostess from pre-arrival throughout our stay. Incredible views of the bay in the evening, and can even see St Barth in the distance when clear. The property had all the comforts of home (US) with the charm of St. Martin. I sent Isabelle a couple of messages for local recommendations during our visit and she was quick and helpful with her responses. Merci beaucoup for a wonderful stay!!

Great surf bungalow out in Toiny. Nice two bedrooms with a great pool. Host was very responsive and helpful. Not the most equipped but great for the price. Super peaceful and would stay again.

A real favorite! This home combines comfort, elegance, and functionality with perfection. Every detail has been thoughtfully thought out, from the choice of materials to the warm decoration that creates a welcoming and soothing atmosphere. The space is bright, impeccably clean and perfectly equipped, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. Special mention for the host, remarkable kindness and availability. A place that I would recommend without hesitation and where I would be happy to come back.

Our stay in Alexandre's accommodation went very well. The composition as well as the location of the accommodation are perfect for hosting a small family like ours (2 adults and a 3 year old little girl). The location in Lorient is ideal. We were able to take advantage of the terrace to eat. The green setting around the accommodation makes the apartment even more pleasant. Thank you Alexandre. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb and highly recommend it to others. The view and peacefulness of the apartment, and the location were amazing! We felt right at home and found the apartment exactly as listed and described. The condo is very inviting and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is comfortable and all appliances including the washer worked quite well, and she even had converters, soap, sugar, and filters for coffee and an extra water bottle or two. Emma, the co-host, was very responsive and helped us locate the unit via telephone and send some videos to help us locate it as we were first timers to the island. It is located on a quiet end of Orient Bay with an amazing pool. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Mount Vernon is a bit secluded so we were happy to have a rental car but never felt unsafe at all. We look forward to a return visit very soon!

Superb location. Beautiful view of Orient Bay and Beach. The unit has all modern equipment. There are perhaps six or seven restaurants within a five-minute walk, one of which has a small bakery with delicious desserts. Also within that five-minute walk are two grocery stores. There is a balcony, while small, is adequate, and you can view the goings-on at the beach and the village restaurant area. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The only drawback for us 80 plus years old was the number of stairs. If you are elderly or have balance problems, we would not recommend it.

The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.

We had a wonderful stay at Emilie's apartment, her proximity to the East Bay as well as the beach and pool of the residence allowed us to vary the pleasures during our stay, not to mention that it is also very well located and close to all amenities (gas station, airport, supermarket). Emilie is also a very responsive and available host. I would 100% recommend her place
