Get away to the country side only five minutes to town that has farmer markets, different fairs, and murals on many of the businesses. For race fans Sebring Speedway is a fifteen minute drive. The home is nestled between five acres of pasture and a quaint pond . Wildlife like deer, otters, and pretty much all of Florida's wild critters can be seen regularly on the property. These views can be comfortably enjoyed while sitting in a screened in patio area with plenty of seating and ceiling fans.

Peaceful Lake Front Home

Relax with the whole family on 26,000-acre Lake Istokpoga. This lake is one of the best for fishing, boating, watching sunsets, and observing wildlife, but NOT for swimming (alligators ecosystem). A public boat ramp is located about 2 miles from the property. The house is located on 1 private acre and has a beautiful view of the lake from one side of the property. The house has Wi-Fi that is adequate for accessing the internet, but NOT for streaming videos or playing online games. No cable.

My place is close to the city center and parks. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business.Half block from Crescent Beach where you can see the sunset or have a cool time in the water,if is not here you can also enjoy the pool at the house.Publix supermarket and others are located just a few blocks and minutes from the house.Fifteen minutes drive to Sebring International Raceway.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage. If you enjoy the peace and quite of the outdoors but only ten minutes from town or the Sebring race track this is the place for you. You have plenty of private parking if you are bringing and rv, horse trailer or race car trailer. Bring the whole family Or just a couple looking to relax and enjoy some peaceful days. Great neighborhood to walk, bike ride. The evenings are so beautiful and can’t count enough stars!!! It’s amazing. We love to share our home in hopes that you enjoy as much as our family and friends do. Most neighbors are snowbirds here to stay warm. Pontoon available to rent. Golf courses and hiking trails nearby. Sebring Racetrack 8 miles away .Downtown Sebring 20 minutes away.

Beautiful stay, we reserved last minute & Dania responded super quickly. She allowed us an early check in & late check out! Home was in pristine conditions. Beautiful screened patio, huge fenced yard, an awesome jacuzzi and home theater to really set the tone! Will definitely be back to this hidden gem!!

This is the second time we stay at Stephany’s place and we could not have enjoyed it more. She and Chris are so hospitable and easy to communicate with. Their property is beautiful and it was just the getaway my family and I needed. Definitely recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my stay at John and Beverlies place. There out of the way spots are exactly what I look for. It was so quiet, peaceful and private. Their place is the only home on a pond and this RV and campsite is secluded on the pond also. despite being so private, the grocery store is only a 5 minute drive away and their are many nice restaurants in town. the local area has many beautiful lakes and the town is very welcoming. This spot is just about perfect.

Wonderful place to relax and recharge. This place had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, spacious pool and beautiful property to take walks on and enjoy the dock. Close to the charming downtown of Sebring with lots of great restaurants. Can't wait to come back.

Stay was great, the pool was wonderful. There was plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed which was a very nice surprise. We did not want our time to end, would definitely stay again only next time for a little bit longer.
