We had a great time at Pascal and Sandrine's place. The services offered were top notch. A five out of five for the exceptional quality of the bedding. I would gladly recommend this cottage to all my loved ones. And of course the little surprise on Sunday morning for breakfast. Thanks to Pascal and Sandrine for this pleasant weekend.

Ideal for families! Vanessa is very kind and the house has everything you need! The children loved the pool and took care of it during the hours in the garden.

Ideal accommodation for a family gathering. Large living room with sufficient kitchen. The view of nature from the jacuzzi is also very pleasant. In short, we had a very pleasant weekend!

This short stay delighted the whole family! We were in the small cottage "carcotier", sufficient and suitable for a family of 2 adults + 2 children. Great pool and jacuzzi, the beautiful garden, our children enjoyed it, the parents too! Marina is very friendly and available, she lives on site with her family, in complete discretion. The accommodation is well equipped, wifi did not work but it was not a problem. Beautiful discovery of the region, good restaurants and market (in Brou), beautiful walks around, we recommend Bonneval and its electric boat ride. Dad loved his birthday/Father's Day weekend, a beautiful place to remember!

We had a very nice week with the family. Patrick is a very welcoming host. The area is rich in very pretty Norman villages. Beautiful activities are accessible by car.

The accommodation is amazing, tastefully restored and well appointed, the environment is beautiful and quiet!! The big plus is the brewery next door that allows you to eat and drink a very good craft beer and play games. Celine is very kind, available and welcoming.

We loved our time at the well restored old cottage. Beautiful and peaceful location with the charm of the working farm and the friendliness of the people and lovely dogs. Would definitely stay again !

A pretty exceptional cottage! The place is a haven of peace, Michelle is a really caring hostess and she has infused a really incredible soul into her "estate", a large house, a huge garden with a small river, scooters... You are at home here, everything is shared and you are also completely independent if you wish. Our stay was brief, we will come back to enjoy it better!

Very good stay in a house made for family reunions: space and a pleasant garden. The owners are welcoming, friendly and available. The area lends itself perfectly to nature walks... a very nice discovery.

The accommodation is ideal! We were a group of friends with a lot of children. They had a great time! The accommodation is large and spacious, we were able to enjoy the stay to spend friendly evenings. the rooms are not all equal in terms of space but everyone was able to find their space. Jean Jacques is friendly and flexible with departure times, with babies it's a real plus, we were able to feed them quietly and leave for their nap! The garden is beautiful! We didn't have the right weather but in good weather, it must be very nice! Thank you very much!

My husband and I had a lovely stay. We felt like we were on holiday as soon as we arrived. Nothing is missing. Just put the suitcases down. The land is well fenced, my dog was able to live his little life. We didn't see the owners but the communication was perfect. We plan to return there one day.

Ideally located, close to Gacé, Camembert and Vimoutiers. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The place is very quiet. No worries about parking, even with a van. The host is very friendly, we were very well looked after and had a great stay!

Warm cottage conducive to beautiful family reunions. Everything is magnificent and impeccable, both the large wooded garden and the interior, beautiful living room with fireplace, spacious rooms, very well-equipped kitchen...this cottage breathes the joy of living, we are far from soulless rentals! The environment is very peaceful, beautiful forest 200m away (we were lucky enough to see 2 deer). Shops 5min drive. Isabelle welcomed us very warmly and is very available. For me, the best cottage rented with a great value for money.

We had a great stay! The house is located on a very nice farm. Very nice fully-equipped house, well heated, nicely decorated. Great place for a stay for families or groups of friends. Excellent hosting!

We had such a fantastic time. The facilities were great - the pool in particular was a hit and some lovely finishing touches including gas for the BBQ and a great coffee machine. The beds were super comfortable. It's a great place to come for some rest and relaxation as it's very peaceful and secluded. A big thank you to our hosts who were very helpful and welcoming.

Great weekend spent at Karyn's cottage. Very welcoming, responsive and accommodating host. The place and location was great to spend a friendly time with friends without being afraid to make noise and at the same time away from the inconveniences of the city.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!
