Stylish Shannonside Marina Front Home + Mooring

DesireeRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Excellent stay! David was very helpful-meet us when we arrived, showed us around, even provided some basic needs like milk and bread. The place was very clean and comfortable. Washer/dryer was a challenge but David did warn us in advance to be proactive. It’s not far (20/30 min) from Roscommon tourist things to do and Carrick on Shannon. I would stay again for sure and would highly recommend!

Traditional Unique Farm House

All I can say is: if you choose someplace else in this area you’re a fool. I stay at Air BnB places frequently and this has been the very best for the price even if the price were double.

Quiet, Spacious Lake lodge on Lough Ree

FionaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This house definitely has to be one of the best locations for a property, down a quiet country lane with a private pier onto Lough Ree, it was breathtaking! Judith was so lovely to deal with and quick at responding to messages. They left us clear directions for using all of the items in the house and we had a lovely time. Perfect house to bring doggos and kids. We had our kayaks and SUPS to make use of the lake and were able to watch the sunset from the pier, a perfect weekend. We'll definitely be saving this house for future trips! Thanks so much Chris & Judith!

Not for minimalists, but a comfortable warm space with a lovely view out to green fields. Jim was a friendly and considerate host. Special thanks for having a record player and a Kate Bush album!

Heart of Longford Town

BrianRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Caroline's place in Longford is a large Studio Apartment. I found it to be exactly as described on the AirBnB website. Caroline is a very responsive host (10 Minutes). The place itself is located in a quiet area yet in the centre of the town, very close to the Bus/Train Stations. Although it has no cooker, it has a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Caroline provided coffee pods, tea bags, bread, butter, etc. The bed was very comfortable. I have nothing but good to say about my stay in Longford. Thanks Caroline.

Cosy Relaxing Flat above Organic Grocer.

LexiRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Lynda is probably the best host you could ask for! And the space her & her partner have made is so extremely cozy. The coffee was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, and the recommendations Lynda gave were spot on and made our visit in Athlone perfect! I was kicking myself for not staying longer because it was one of my favorite places my partner & I stayed - and most of that had to do with Lynda !! Also, the location was fabulous- such a close walk to Sean’s bar, the castle, and all the food places we could want. Plus, Lynda’s shop was super well stocked and made me wish I lived in town to make it my main grocery & coffee spot 💕

Complete Self Contained Apartment with own ensuite

TomRating, 5 stars12 months ago
I am bushwhacking around Ireland relying on public transport. John picked me up at the bus station in Edgeworthstown and brought me home. It is a .5 mile walk to town which was fine with me. The 2nd. Annual Granard Book and Literary Festival was ongoing 4-19/21 with many poets and authors in town. Picked up a few books and the bars were hopping with craic and trad! Met lots of cousins which was the primary focus of my visit. Grand time.
