This cute cottage was the perfect place for our girls weekend. We loved the screened in porch and how quiet the neighborhood was.

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this AirBNB and i was so sad to go. I absolutely want to come back, Tanya was a lovely host and so kind!! Her recommendations were great and we enjoyed the beaches in the DE area. She even brought us matches for a campfire! We loved the house so much, it was quaint and beautiful and we were surprised at how amazing it was for the price! Very worth it! On the last day, I was planning to ask Tanya if we could check out late, and she beat me to it offering to let us check out later. She also allowed for early check-in the first day of our trip. Overall, Tanya made our trip so amazing and was the most kind, flexible, host I've experienced. We will definitely be back!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful! Perfect for a couple or family. Honestly it’s so much nicer than the pictures, it’s bigger than I thought. Such a clean place to stay also. The deck is absolutely beautiful, we sat out there every morning and evening and watched deer! They even had a water bowl for our fur baby. It is so close to ocean city and Bethany beach!. You will not be sorry staying here, I’ll just say that!! Thank you Jay for letting us stay at the Lighthouse Cottage, we will always Remember our experience there, we will be back!❤️

We had a great stay at Joshua's place. Loved the screened in porch where we spent most of our time. Plenty of room inside the house as well. Close to alot of nice restaurants. We would definitely come back to the area.

Perfect place to stay in Rehoboth! I felt it was much easier to get around the beach town from the location of this house.

5 Star accommodations, like new! The kitchen had all of the tools, gadgets, pots, pans to help feel at home. We stayed off season (last week of April). We were the only people in the building. Note: for off season guests, the pool isn't open yet. The beaches, trails, and restaurants all nearby made it easy to explore and then return to relax in comfort. We sat on the deck, hung out by the pond with comfy chairs and enjoyed the sunsets. Our 1 1/2 year old Weim dog settled in nicely. We were grateful for water and food bowls provided. If you're staying with kiddos or friends, there is a hidden gem- lots of games tucked away in the coffee table. What a nice touch! All of the instructions for the home were simple, easy to follow. Note: This condo is on the 2nd floor. Easy for us, but may be difficult for some.

Serena was great to deal with and communicated effectively with us. Unfortunately, the weekend was rainy weather, but the neighborhood amenities were able to keep our young children entertained. The neighborhood is very friendly and all the neighbors were pleasant. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had an excellent stay at Joseph's place! The location, in a small gated community, surrounded by trees was exceptionally peaceful and the others in the neighborhood offered friendly waves whenever we passed. The cottage was extremely cozy (two sets of comfortable sofas, a comfortable bed) and expertly equipped (i.e. full set of cookware, can opener, orange juice and creamer) and thoughtfully designed (washer dryer, front porch with chairs, fire pit in back). The extra, extra plus for us was that we could bring our dog. The location is ideal 20 mins from Lewes, 25 minutes from Rehobeth, and 40 minutes from Bethany Beach - tons to explore, especially outdoors. Joseph was very proactive (gate instructions in advance, for example) and responsive (friendly tone, responded within minutes to each question). Would recommend highly and without reservations!

This was our second time staying at the tiny house, and both times it was amazing. Great location, super close to the beach, and both of the hosts are extremely kind and responsive. The entire stay I felt at home. Worth every penny we spent, and we’re looking at coming back again next year!

Linda was so friendly and responsive to all my questions. Her place is absolutely beautiful, clean, close to the beach and shopping outlets. It felt like home away from home. She thought about every need for her guests, even having bike available! This was my first time booking an Airbnb and the experience will absolutely make me a returning customer.

It felt like we just got home. The dogs were comfortable and had enough room to move around and able to be on cables in yard. Walking the block and along the waterway is so relaxing. Great restaurants are easily available in Lewes, Rehoboth and inland. We love it here. Thank you, Helen, for the use of your house.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it as much if not more than the first time. We love the house and area, had everything we needed and wanted. Communication with our host was great. Nice quiet and friendly community, very clean comfortable house, great pool area, close to nice beaches and good restaurants. Didn't want our time to end, hope to visit again!

This place was amazing! The decor was wonderful, so cool and eclectic! My aunt, cousin, and I stayed for 3 nights and were happy and comfortable, it was a fun girls trip. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and very clean. Bathrooms were super cool and both had walk in showers. The location was great, only a few minutes from downtown Cape May. My cousin enjoyed staying in the backyard bedroom, its was very cute an comfy. We also enjoyed the firepit in the evenings. Teresa had a great guidebook, and we took her up on several of her suggestions. Cape May is a fun town and the beautiful Victorian homes are not to be missed. I suggest the Historic trolley tour. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and would 100% stay again!

Stephanie’s place was immaculate, thoughtful and greatly decorated! All instructions were clear and there were amenities like cooler, beach towels and beach chairs, that were very useful for us. The area is very quiet and serene and we loved the stay!

We really enjoyed being so close to the bay. Very peaceful location. The house was clean, neat, and nicely decorated. Queen bed was very comfortable. Nice back yard space. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor shower was wonderful. We appreciated that plenty of towels and linens were provided. Linda was friendly and responsive. Meeting her dog Cider was an added treat!

Clean unit and directly access the street from the swimming pool and pavilion with indoor pool and exercise equipment. Shuttle stop close to unit to go to Bethany Beach. Rain or shine you can have something to do. Grocery stores and places to eat very close by. Quaint little town …. just love it!

I stayed here as a group of 9 and we had a great time! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and we enjoyed the rec center. The balcony was a favorite place in the house as well as the long table that fit us for multiple board games. Everyone felt right at home and had a blast trying Kimberley’s recommendations in the area. We’d love to come back to Delaware and stay here again!

Lovely little neighborhood and close but not too close to all the activities! Great instructions for an easy checkout and I love that the host recycles. She even left us a little gift and treats for our dogs. I have already recommended to a friend!

The house was as described with a beautiful updated clean interior, friendly & new neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others. We were able to walk to the pool and the kids were able to ride their electric scooters and roller skate around the development on the road and the sidewalks with very little traffic from the neighbors. The host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Thank you for a great stay.

This place is an absolute gem! Private location on a quiet road with easy and convenient access to the town center and beach. The beach is a little over a mile down the road .. a straight shot! Very clean open…true to the pics. Well appointed. Has everything you would need for a perfect beach get away. Bikes coolers beach chairs beach toys etc available on site as well. Spacious for our family of 6! Scott was very proactive in communicating with us and equally responsive. Everything was easy about this stay. Would definitely book here again on our next visit to Bethany!

we loved our stay here. we especially loved that they provided many things so we didn't need to bring them, such as beach towels and chairs, spices and dishes. The house was great with flat screen TV's in all rooms.
