I came to New Haven for my college reunion and this was the perfect place to stay. The room was comfy and quiet. The shared bathroom was clean. It is located just a few minutes walk from the heart of Yale and downtown. Remy was super helpful answering my questions as I made my plans. Two thumbs up!

The beach house is fantastically located just one block from the ocean (daily walks, swimming in summer), but also well connected to downtown/Yale University of New Haven with two direct bus lines or bike paths. It is a house share of 4 with nice, uncomplicated people who are considerate and quiet. The dog Trevor (Berniedoodle), who is happy to meet every new guest, is also particularly sweet. The house and kitchen are very well equipped, with everything you need for cooking. Jonathan is exceptionally nice, he is always available and extremely helpful (for example, he took me to three bike stores to buy a bike), he responds quickly and is also very communicative.
