Domacin je izuzetno susretljiv,drag i pristupacan.Prvi put sam ljetovala kod njega i opcenito u Crnoj Gori i ugodno sam se iznenadila.Predivni ljudi,predivno mjesto sve najbolje.Opcenito sam vlasnik jako ugodan,apartman predivan bolji nego na slikama....cisto,uredno,sve sta je potrebno za koristenje,od posteljina,kucanskih aparata ma svega sve imaju....stvarno jako sam ugosno iznenadena i jedva cekam opet otic kod njega na ljetovanje.Stvarno sam se osjecala kao kod kuce cak i bolje....Svaka cast ljudima i vlasniku predivni su.Hvala im

Unser Aufenthalt bei Alma war perfekt. Dank ihrer Wegbeschreibung haben wir problemlos Hingefunden und die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ihre Eltern haben uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und waren die ganze Zeit erreichbar und haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und extra Spielsachen für die Kinder bereitgestellt. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und mitten im Grünen, direkt am Strand und trotzdem ist man schnell in den umliegenden Orten und hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man braucht. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Besonders für einen Urlaub mit Kindern ist sie perfekt. Wir können Almas Unterkunft nur von Herzen weiterempfehlen und sind sehr dankbar für die schöne Zeit die wir dort verbringen konnten.

Smještaj je nadmašio sva očekivanja, za ovu cijenu teško može bolje! Lagana komunikacija, parking odmah ispred smještaja, uljudno osoblje na recepciji, apartman savršeno uredan, lijepa kupaonica i balkon idealan za jutarnju kavicu, u blizini plaža, restorani, dvorana, teretana i više trgovina. Apsolutno sve preporuke kako za domaćina tako i za smještaj, rado ćemo se opet vratiti u prelijepi Bar u ovaj smještaj!

Der Aufthalt war insgesamt super. Die Wohnung ist modern und hochwertig aufgebaut und eingerichtet. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und familiär. Uns wurden ebenfalls auf Nachfrage kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt sowie Tips für Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

We’ve had great time at Medina’s place. She was so welcoming, kind and helpful with everything. Apartment was very clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was really beautiful. Location of the apartment was really good. Only 15 minutes away from the beach and old town. We could go anywhere we wanted by walking. Great experience overall, definitely planning to come back!

A very cozy and cute place, very close to the beach. The inner courtyard is truly charming, with a modest but nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Lots of comfy chairs and lazy bags to chill. Though, if you want to chill alone and have some more intimacy, this place isn’t it, as other tenants are quite close to you. The hosts are permanently present, but they are very friendly and they cook amazing food, at a very reasonable price. The interior is a bit more modest and rather small, so it’s best for two persons. At night, there’s a bit of noise from the town, but it’s subdued by the sound of crickets. Overall, highly recommended.

Très beau petit logement avec vue magnifique ! Moderne, propre, confortable. Il y a un stationnement inclus. Situé en haut d’une colline, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la plage. Si vous êtes en forme, cela se fait bien. Hôte très sympathique, répond rapidement, et donne de bons conseils. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement! Merci!

Eine wunderbare Wohnung mit reichlich Alternativen an Restaurants, Supermärkten, Promenaden und Sandstrand in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genoßen und werden bestimmt und gerne wieder kommen. danke!

We had a short but really comfortable stay, the place is big, clean and bright. The host is friendly and vey helpful. Totally recommend! It should be noted that the apartment is located a little bit outside of the city center but if you have a car (what is recommended when travelling to Montenegro) it won't be a problem.

Очень приятная квартира, совсем не хотелось уезжать. Полностью укомплектована всем необходимым и даже больше. Все продумано до мелочей. Все окна выходят на море, виды изумительные. Нам здесь было очень приятно находиться. На кухне вместительный холодильник, духовка, посудомоечная машина, а это невероятно удобно. Кофемашина капсульная dolce gusto, кофе вкусный! Пили кофе и завтракали на террасе с прекрасным видом. Нас угостили домашним вишневым пирогом и вишней из сада, было очень приятно! В общем, жить, отдыхать, работать - всё что угодно. Прекрасное тихое и очень уютное место. Рекомендуем. Мы бы остались здесь на месяц точно! Интернет хороший, но вечером лучше использовать 5g. Спасибо за гостеприимство, было здорово!

Apartment is one of the best in Ulcinj in this price range. We worked remotely from there. Internet was fast and super cozy. Highly recommended.

Borisov predivan apartman pružio je meni i deci osećaj kao da smo kod kuće. Prelep park ispred sa sadržajima za decu. Bar je najlepši grad Crne Gore. Boris divan domaćin.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig! Privater Meerzugang, atemberaubendes Haus und der Fitnessraum ist moderner und besser ausgestattet als mein Studio zu Hause. Oleg und seine Frau wohnen auch im Objekt und waren diskret aber immer gut erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Der Besuch im privaten Weinkeller von Oleg hat uns für den letzten Abend mit Sonnenuntergang einen leckeren Tropfen beschert. Danke für diese wirklich schöne und erholsame Zeit bei euch.

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. The apartment is a great find! It is tucked up in the hills with an amazing view of the city below. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The steam shower and sauna were a great touch after a long day of walking. Huge courtyard to park your vehicle off the road. We will definitely be booking again.

Kolorado e o seu pai foram excelentes anfitriões. Sempre atenciosos, simpáticos e muito responsivos. A casa é incrível, com todas as comodidades necessárias tanto para curtas como para longas estadias. Tudo o que tínhamos à nossa disposição fez com que nos sentissemos em casa. Acrescentar ainda que o Sunset na varanda é imperdível! Adorámos e recomendamos 100%
