The wooden house, built in 2024, is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Europe, on the largely unspoilt island of Ada Bojana. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There is air conditioning, infrared heaters and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand-name appliances, so that the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
