Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

Our one bedroom, one bath guesthouse is full of ocean breezes, peace, and comfort to enjoy your stay in the LA/Orange County area. We are former residents of West LA who wanted to move to a place with a little more chill, but still all of the things we love about LA. We found that here in LB.
