Holiday rentals with beach access in Lombard Street Reservoir

Easy checkin, comfortable bed, and amazing views. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Yeshi's home is a museum of colorful artwork from her travels around the world. Wonderful to be lulled to sleep by the ocean waves.

The place was delightful - warm, homey, all the amenities for a comfortable stay and great location. Walking distance to beach and local rests and coffee shops. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was perfect. High recommend!

I stayed for a full week, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as a water filter pitcher in the fridge, oil and vinegar in the cabinet, magnification mirror in the bathroom, throw blankets on the couch, and more. It was easy to get in and out of the unit, and I was surprised at how quiet it was on the street. I would stay here again for sure!

The place was very nice. We have kids & grandkids in the Bay Area and like to visit as often as possible. The place was clean and comfortable but most of all very welcoming. And Ramil reached out to make sure our needs were met. If the need arises we would definitely stay there again

We had a very pleasant stay at Dawn's She is very welcoming and caring. Her accommodation, well located, is charming, as is the very pleasant garden. A small haven of peace and tranquility.

We had a wonderful stay! Toni and Philip were so kind and helpful. The apartment was perfect for my spouse, myself, and 17 month old. There are great restaurants within walking distances and perfect access to different sites around SF. We stay at a lot of AirBnb’s and this was a great experience. We hope to return. Chase’s place was exactly as described. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches, like labels for WiFi, extra toiletries and even a few office supplies. I was very happy & surprised to find two luggage racks. Chase even accommodated an extremely late check-in, due to my train being delayed four hours. There’s no question that I would stay here again. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Airy, comfortable and immaculate place. Watched surfers, seals, whales and birds everyday.

Exactly what we needed for a few days in SF. Much more comfortable and quiet than a hotel and everyone had their own bed and space. Host was responsive and place was clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well after long days of walking and exploring. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome space in a very versatile area. Wish I could have stayed longer because it was a great base for all the things I was looking to do in the area. Will stay again.

Wonderful location! Plenty of places to eat and get coffee within walking distance. Of course parking was a little tough but that’s a given staying within the city and so close to both the beach and golden state park! The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic! Two important things to me and staying somewhere. 10/10 air bnb it was a great location!

Our family of six found this place extremely comfortable. Our three year old stayed with us in the two queen bedroom while each of the teens got a queen bedroom and our six year old slept on the couch in the den. Everyone enjoyed their own space while also coming together for boardgames and TV (they offer virtually every streaming channel). It's close to the beach and coastal restaurants and not too far from Lands End, the Presidio, and downtown SF. And the cleaning crew as highly friendly and helpful.

A wonderful place to stay for the weekend. I cannot recommend enough if your are looking for a peaceful, beautiful, beachy house.

We had wonderful time at Heather and Steven’s home. Both are just great host’s, very helpful and proactive, communication was just quick and great. The home was easy to find and everything was as described. The location is fantastic, short walks the grocery stores, Bart and nice cafes. We are locking forward to our next stay with Heather and Steve and can just highly recommend this location.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

Nice cozy place and good location.

One of my favorite locations ive stayed in. Beautiful scenery! Beautiful home, comfortable bed! I'd love to live there! Only complain is the entrance to parking, if you have a low car, the bottom will scrape horrible if you dont hug the wall. and if youre staying downstairs, youll hear upstairs foot steps, but that was only 1 morning. besides those 2 complaints, its a excellent Beautiful home!

So hard to find a reasonably priced place in this neighborhood. Not only was this a great deal....but is was very spacious, well laid out and had a ton of amenities : coffee, high end shampoos and soaps, etc. Nancy was in touch constantly to make sure we knew where things were and how to enter and exit easily.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Fantastic stay and location. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, the cleanliness -- of course the views! Appreciated many details. The photos don't do it justice.

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.
