Holiday rentals with beach access in Lombard Street Reservoir

The area is beautiful and so is the home ! We felt so at peace and like we belonged here all along ! this is a great stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to half moon !

Gary's place was exactly as described. Absolutely perfect location in a great little town. Gary was a excellent host and was very accommodating and understanding with a mix-up (on my end). My only hesitation on recommending Gary's place is that I want it to be available when we come back!! :) Highly recommended and would absolutely stay again!

This cute little ground-floor apartment is right around the corner from downtown Alameda, making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants or just around the neighborhood admiring the fascinating architecture. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with toiletries and office supplies in case you forget something. Though some noise is inevitable from the main house above, the occupants took care to minimize it, and it was not an issue for us. Bathtub notes: There is plentiful hot water and a great showerhead. The tub, however, is straight-backed and not comfortable for lounging.

pleasant decor, all the amenities you could need (Laundromat just next door), friendly neighbors, soft bed, shower has great pressure and all the hot water, even some tequila in the cupboard! 😅 Only thing I could complain about is it gets HOT in there on a hot day but just open the doors and hit the fans. Oh and such nice gardening, fragrant flowers everywhere. Thanks Kyle!

Michelle and Peter were excellent hosts! The place was exactly as described, and very homey. The backyard was beautiful, and the inside had lots of touches to make us feel comfortable- blankets for the sofa, TV easy to sign into our netflix and other accounts, kitchen easy to cook in with all the essentials. Michelle and Peter were quick to respond to any messages I sent before and during our stay, and very accommodating. Downtown is an easy walk or very quick drive. Lots of hiking opportunities nearby, and the Coastal trail is great for bicycling. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Ricky’s place was perfect for three adults and one infant. It was in a beautiful part of town, very quiet and well-worth the price we paid. Street parking wasn’t too challenging. There was a great local coffee spot 10 minute walk away (called the Butterfly joint). I appreciated the ease of check-in and that everything was very clearly labeled. They even left out a pack and play and kids toys for the baby. Beautiful, secluded back porch. Really aces all around. My one, very small, piece of feedback would be the laundry. It’s coin operated. I don’t mind paying for laundry, but we did have to find a laundry-mat nearby to get coins. So, if you’re planning on using that, make a quick pit-stop first. Otherwise, everything else was great.

The family who own the property are wonderful- very friendly and catered for all our needs- the actual accommodation was exactly what we needed, spacious, bright and tasteful- Alameda is beautiful and we cannot recommend booking this accommodation highly enough- ideally situated to explore the Bay- we would most definitely stay here if returning to the area - 10/10!👍

Had a lovely stay at Annette and Fred’s place - the location was great, the house was fully stocked and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. Having a hot tub and gas fireplaces were an added bonus for spending the evenings admiring the views.

This place felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but it was well worth it! Breathtaking natural surroundings aside, it was such a well-equipped home, with nearly everything one could wish for at your fingertips! From fire starting supplies to kitchen implements, Bluetooth speaker to flashlights by the bedside, Kathleen’s thoughtful, stylish amenities made us feel comfortable, cozy, and cared for! As someone else noted in their review, I’ve never returned to the same Airbnb twice, but we’re already longing for another stay at the Haiku House!

The place is simply a peaceful retreat. You cannot ask for more. Beautiful views and tranquil. Sigward is an incredible host as well. Everything you need is there and it’s very simple. Will definitely be staying again!

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The home is comfortable, super clean, with an awesome backyard for our dog. Just a short walk to the beach, trails at Mori point, and Sharp park. The whole area is stunning. Mel is probably the best Airbnb host we’ve had. She left us locally baked goods and even some groceries so we could relax after a long drive. Definitely would recommend a stay!

Liping was a wonderful host — very responsive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions throughout our stay. The place was just what we needed, and we were happy to have stayed there. Would definitely consider staying again in the future!

We had a fabulous holiday celebration with my extended family in the home. One bedroom was below the garage which was perfect for our younger children who go to bed early. The garage has a flipable pool table and ping pong - which was wonderful.

Jeff's old victorian home is beautiful. Walls decorated with paintings and details that give warm and cozy ambiance. The big backyard gives you room to stretch n breathe. We got sweet oranges to enjoy with bfast too. Restaurants were within 15-30 minutes walking distance. Roomy driveway. The only drawback is the one bathroom. Taking turn for shower took a while for 4 of us.

Laura was a great host, very accommodating and responsive, and had helpful suggestions of things to do in the neighborhood. The place was very clean and cozy, had everything we needed to feel at home for a few days.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo only a block and 1/2 away from the beach/pier. The home was fully stocked and the beds were very very comfy! Loved the outdoor patio area with the fire pit.

Arlene's place is close to the beach. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all that is needed. Arlene provided tons of suggestions. We booked because the place has parking. However the other tenants were always parked funny, sideways, over the lines which made it difficult to park and still get into your vehicle. Definitely not Arlenes fault. The lights on the security system were a lot when your getting in from your night. The stairs are rough for luggage. But the place is clean, comfortable and was easy to get to san francisco.

We had a great time staying at Melanie Joy's place. The location can't be beat, and her place was clean and spacious for the two of us. Would recommend for a nice stay in peaceful in Pacifica.

We had a lovely stay at Andrew’s Air BnB. Location was fantastic! One block from restaurants, bars and cafes. Didn’t need our car rental so we returned it early. Uber/Lifts were a good option when the walking was too far. One was always a few minutes away. The rental is ground level which for us was great. Safety measures were spot on. Thank you Andrew!!
