My family and I just returned from a 3-night stay at Sabrina's apartment. Her place is comfortable, clean, extra spacious, and newly constructed. Furnishings are inviting to use and relax in. Appliances are new and fully operational. Refrigerator and stove were clean. The single-unit air conditioners located in each bedroom worked properly, were extra cold, and use a remote control. The large wall-mounted flat-screen tv also uses a remote control. This apartment offers a "home-away-from- home" experience, ideal for someone who has family in the vicinity and is familiar with the area. Sabrina is accessible, friendly, and a pleasure to work with! Our family DEFINITELY plans to return the next time we visit our mother-in-law. First-time tourists in search of a hotel or resort-like experience with all of the amenities and trappings that one expects to have in such a setting should work with a travel agent and plan on spending considerably more money than this economical Airbnb.

Mr. Oscar was very kind to my parents, he was always attentive and attentive to what they needed. He orientated them to go to tourist places and places to eat. In general, they were very happy with the accommodation and the attentions. Thank you very much for everything!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The listing makes it clear there is no hot water and no AC. This is the first time I have ever stayed anywhere that did not have both. As it turns out there was not any humidity and the huge fan did the job. The water while not hot also was not cold so it was also fine. I gave it a try because the rooms were literally on the beach and I thought this is one of if not the best beach in the DR. I was correct the beach and ocean were fantastic. There are rolling waves and it is awesome to body surf. No crowds just beauty and even nice loungers to rest. After a hard day of sun and waves Manny will cook u up a delicious fresh fish and of course there is a small bar to give u an ice cold presidente to wash it down. So great, give it a try. We loved it. But it is kinda secluded, as far as it’s pretty much just resorts to the right and left of us (and you can’t get day passes to any of them)—so you have to be ready to just relax and take it easy, and kinda live minimally while you’re here. There is WiFi and Netflix though 🤣 We walked 15min down the beach each day to a public restaurant called CocoMar — and there’s one other fancier restaurant about a 5-10min walk from there, that we went to the last night. All were recommended by the host! We got massages downstairs at our place, and other than that we just laid out and played card games! It’s a 45min drive from the airport, too. But the host organizes a driver to pick you up! We felt safe and comfortable the whole time.
