Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are nice and sunny and the location perfect for us. Just a few small things we wanted to note. The bedrooms couldn't be darkened. Extra curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine. We were able to get a grip on this through a rubber glove. The lower sled of the dishwasher is broken, so it was difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the lower bedroom Apart from these little things overall a recommended and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG mining ground. Thank you for this, if we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice time. I really highly recommend the place. In the evening a nice bonfire outside in the winter garden and the proximity to the ski resorts are positive. The price is very good. Attention, however, with the electricity costs. At about 0°C, about €25-30 per day, as electricity is heated. A heat pump such as an Ecodesign ED 300 would pay off quickly at least for heating support. kind regards

We really enjoyed our stay at this really nice place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time in a natural environment. The place is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Top accommodation, excellent for large groups or several families. Good amenities. Great tennis court, beautiful lake across the street and possibility to grill and campfire. We'll be back.

Great place to stay if you go skiing nearby! About a 20 min drive from klinovec. Nice sauna. Please note your energy consumption, it pays afterwards.

Great spacious apartment and fully equipped such as dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It was wonderfully warm when we came in and stayed warm during our stay and as a backup there were electric heaters ready that we did not use. Alice stopped by to ask if everything was super hospitable. Definitely recommended. Ski area Klinovec only 3 minutes away by car really ideal

Nice apartment overlooking the city for 2 people. The check-in process was very easy. We just missed a window curtain or blinds, it was a full moon, so it was hard to sleep. I recommend staying with Lucie.

Beautiful quiet location, nice host, very large garden, great pool, shopping and excursion destinations easily accessible by car. The place was exactly as described. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful house with spacious garden which is great for children. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything! It was especially nice that wood was provided for the small stove. Very cozy!

A fantastic place for families! We felt right at home with Katerina. The house is equipped with everything imaginable. There is a great selection of toys for children of all ages. You can sit comfortably together at the large table and enjoy the large garden outside even in bad weather. There are also plenty of toys there. The bathrooms were super clean and there is everything you can think of. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The beds were very comfortable and we all had enough space with two families. We really enjoyed that Katerina and her husband gave us so many good tips and were always available. The area is great! We've rarely had such lovely hosts. We will be happy to come back!

The perfect place for families. Two separate rooms. Travel cot included. Lots of toys available. Very clean and spacious apartment. Absolutely everything you need. Dishwasher, oven, dishes, towels, vacuum cleaner. Nothing to complain about. A short walk to the colonnade and a few hundred meters to Lidl. Thanks for checking in.

The place is in a very quiet and good location. The hosts are very friendly and caring. The place is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our large family loved it. Thank you very much.

This apartment was a great find. Possibly due to translation issues, we did not undertand quite how much we were getting. In particular there are (in effect) three separate bedrooms, all with twin beds. One room doubles as the huge living room, with TV, even with Netflix!, but there were other sitting-places, including in the kitchen, so each can have his own private space, and only about 11 mins drive to the ski resort of Klinovec. The apartment is in an unusal building, with other apartments, but also a very large ground floor common room with lots of tables and chairs and places to leave your wet ski equipment. Was it a hostel in the past? The apartment was quite basic, with nets but no curtains to stop the morning light, and no bedside lights, so you had to walk through the room in the dark to get to your bed, and no hook for the shower-head. But a bargain certainly. I would hope that the minor issues are easliy fixed but I would stay here again anyway, as it was ideal for us.

If you are looking for a calm and cozy place in the middle of nature that’s the place to be. The host is making sure you are feeling like home.

The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need. Also the kitchen is well equipped. The mattresses were very good - only the bed creaks quite loudly. The communication with Zarina was very pleasant. She was always quick to respond to messages and even organized a baby cot and high chair for our child. All in all highly recommended!

We enjoyed the time here extremely! 🤗 The tiny house was a dream, super equipped, beautiful garden and above all very dear landlords. Ours 🐕 couldn't have been happier either. 😉 Thank you!!!
